基于多元创新视阈的养老服务供给机制研究

【摘要】：目前我国养老社会资本参与机制缺乏,养老医疗服务机制单一,养老服务管理水平落后、科技含量低等问题制约着养老服务的水平,难以满足养老日益多样化需求。我国养老服务机制主要局限在过多强调政府的供给职责,而忽视了参与养老服务供给的其他力量,为此,应创新养老商业模式机制、养老服务组织机制、养老服务平台运营机制和养老金融保障机制等,充分整合社会不同力量和资源参与提供养老服务,构建全方位养老服务有机体系。
[Abstract]:At present, the lack of participation mechanism of social capital for the aged in our country, the single medical service mechanism for the aged, the backward management level of the old-age service and the low content of science and technology restrict the level of the old-age service, and it is difficult to meet the increasingly diversified needs of the old-age. The old-age service mechanism in our country is mainly limited to placing too much emphasis on the supply responsibility of the government, while neglecting the other forces involved in the supply of the old-age service. Therefore, we should innovate the old-age business model mechanism, the old-age service organization mechanism, the old-age service platform operation mechanism and the old-age financial security mechanism, fully integrate different social forces and resources to participate in the provision of old-age services, and construct an organic system of all-round old-age services.
