俄罗斯的控烟政策

【摘要】：俄罗斯是世界上居民吸烟比例较高的国家之一,且其吸烟人数逐年递增,女性烟民所占的比例逐年上升。据世界卫生组织调查显示,吸烟不但能导致各种并发症及吸烟者过早死亡,且导致各种事故频繁发生。俄罗斯政府采取一系列控烟措施,诸如公共场合禁烟、提高烟草消费税、加大戒烟宣传力度、干预烟草价格等手段达至戒烟的目的。
[Abstract]:Russia is one of the countries with a high proportion of smokers in the world, and the number of smokers is increasing year by year, and the proportion of female smokers is increasing year by year. Smoking not only causes complications and premature deaths of smokers, but also causes frequent accidents. The Russian government has taken a series of measures to control tobacco, such as banning smoking in public places, increasing tobacco consumption tax, and increasing publicity for smoking cessation. Intervention in tobacco prices and other means to achieve the purpose of quitting smoking.
