科特迪瓦的多党民主与族群冲突

【摘要】：科特迪瓦20世纪90年代末爆发南北方族群冲突的根本原因,是独立以来博瓦尼主导的国家发展战略和治理模式在80年代初经济危机的冲击下全面崩溃,而1990年开始实施的多党制和博瓦尼1993年去世后引发的继承人之争是直接推动力。在多党代议制民主体制下,该国各派政治力量利用历史造成的南北方差异,通过操纵地域、族群概念来获取选民支持和执政合法性。南北方族群冲突的爆发与选举时间表的完全吻合,进一步证明了科特迪瓦族群冲突的建构性和工具性特点。
[Abstract]:The root cause of the ethnic conflict between the North and the South that broke out in C 么 te d'Ivoire in the late 1990s was the total collapse of the national development strategy and governance model led by Bovani since independence under the impact of the economic crisis in the early 1980s. The multi-party system, introduced in 1990, and the succession battle that followed Bovani's death in 1993 were the immediate drivers. Under the system of multi-party representative democracy, the political forces of the country make use of the historical differences between the north and the south to gain the support of voters and the legitimacy of ruling by manipulating the concept of region and ethnic group. The outbreak of ethnic conflict in the south and north coincides with the election schedule, which further proves the constructive and instrumental characteristics of the ethnic conflict in C 么 te d'Ivoire.
