福利模式的全景式比较研究——《福利资本主义的三个世界》的启示

【摘要】：1990年,丹麦著名学者考斯塔·艾斯平·安德森(Gosta Esping—Andersen)在其经典著作《福利资本主义的三个世界》中,提出了"社会权利"、"非商品化"、"社会分层化"、"福利模式"等一系列概念,并形成一个严谨的逻辑体系和研究方法。该体系是以社会权利为起点,福利国家便是要以满足和实现公民社会权利为宗旨。将"非商品化"这一重要的核心概念引入"社会权利"和"福利国家体制"的分析框架之中,从非商品化和社会分层两个理论维度纵横交错演绎出一套严密的全景式比较研究的逻辑体系。借用非商品化的视角来区分福利国家类型的三种基本模式,借用社会分层化的视角从政治、经济、社会等角度来分析各种福利国家模式的状态;而分析结果显示,两种分析方法得出的结论中制度的组群化情况惊人的相似,这是一种全景式的比较方法,其比较强调多元测量和多元观察的重要性,相信采用多元和全景的材料是可以尽可能地接近现实的,它代表了社会政策模式比较研究的重要研究方法,为模式比较研究的发展奠定坚实基础,指出了未来模式比较研究的发展方向。
[Abstract]:In 1990, Costa Esping-Andersena, a famous Danish scholar, put forward a series of concepts such as "social rights", "non-commoditization", "social stratification" and "welfare model" in his classic book, the three Worlds of Welfare Capitalism. And form a rigorous logic system and research methods. The system takes social rights as the starting point, and the welfare state aims at satisfying and realizing civil social rights. Introducing the important core concept of "non-commercialization" into the analytical framework of "social rights" and "welfare State institutions", From the two theoretical dimensions of non-commercialization and social stratification, this paper deduces a set of logical system of tight panoramic comparative study. Using the perspective of non-commercialization to distinguish the three basic models of welfare state, and from the perspective of social stratification to analyze the state of various welfare state models from the political, economic and social perspectives, and the analysis results show that, The conclusions of the two analytical methods are surprisingly similar in terms of the grouping of systems, which is a panoramic comparison that emphasizes the importance of multivariate measurement and multivariate observation. Believing that the use of plural and panoramic materials can be as close to reality as possible, and that it represents an important research method for comparative research of social policy models and lays a solid foundation for the development of comparative research on social policies, The development direction of the future model comparison research is pointed out.
