现代治理视野下美国科技类非政府组织的发展与启示

【摘要】：科技类非政府组织是我国进行国家现代治理的重要工具。在美国,科技类非政府组织在推动国家治理方面的作用表现尤为明显。分析美国科技类非政府组织参与国家治理的方式及特点,在此基础上,对我国科技类非政府组织提出一定的启示,为我国科技类非政府组织推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:The non-governmental organization of science and technology is an important tool for modern governance of our country. In the United States, the role of science and technology NGOs in promoting governance is particularly evident. On the basis of analyzing the ways and characteristics of American science and technology non-governmental organizations to participate in national governance, this paper puts forward some enlightenment to our country's science and technology non-governmental organizations. It provides a reference for science and technology NGOs to promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.
