委内瑞拉加入南共市的意义与影响

【摘要】：从2006年到2012年,委内瑞拉用了6年时间才成为南方共同市场的正式成员,主要原因是查韦斯政府的"入市"资格和加入南共市的意图受到质疑,美国也暗中予以阻挠。委内瑞拉加入南共市有助于提升该集团在国际上的战略地位,平衡集团内部成员间的力量,促进成员国间经济的互补发展;也有利于查韦斯政府巩固执政地位,改变委内瑞拉单纯依赖石油的经济现状,扩大地区影响力。委内瑞拉加入南共市也会引发一些问题,比如委内瑞拉和其他成员国对南共市的性质和未来发展看法不同,委内瑞拉与巴西都想主导南共市的发展,以及委内瑞拉加入后可能会引起成员国间新的分歧等。
[Abstract]:It took Venezuela six years from 2006 to 2012 to become a full member of the Southern Common Market (Mercosur), largely because of doubts about Ch 谩 vez's "market entry" and its intention to join Mercosur, which the United States has blocked. Venezuela's entry into Mercosur will help to enhance the strategic position of the group in the international arena, balance the strength among its members, and promote the complementary development of the economies of the member countries. It will also help the Chavez government to consolidate its ruling position. Change Venezuela's economic status quo, which relies solely on oil, and expand regional influence. Venezuela's accession to Mercosur also raises some problems. For example, Venezuela and other member States have different views on the nature and future development of Mercosur. Both Venezuela and Brazil want to lead the development of Mercosur. And Venezuela's accession may lead to new differences among member States, and so on.
