【摘要】：毛泽东统筹兼顾思想作为毛泽东思想的重要组成部分，是毛泽东同志运用马克思主义基本原理解决中国革命和建设实践问题的积极成果，它是中国化了的马克思主义理论。马克思主义的经典著作，中国的传统文化，前苏联对综合平衡的探索是毛泽东统筹兼顾思想的理论基础。从新民主主义革命时期，直至社会主义改造与建设时期，毛泽东统筹兼顾思想都起到了非常深远的影响和重要的作用，毛泽东统筹兼顾思想是在中国的革命实践过程中逐步成长和发展起来。它的内容在广度上包括政治、经济、文化等各个方面，在深度上采众家之长博大精深。毛泽东统筹兼顾思想以全面兼顾全体人民的根本利益的为基础，以调动一切积极的因素来建设社会主义为主要目的，对中国社会主义事业的发展起到了非常重要的作用，是一个全面、辩证、科学的思想体系。在新时期，我们仍然需要运用毛泽东的统筹兼顾思想建设有中国特色的社会主义。毛泽东的统筹兼顾思想有效的团结了可以团结的各种力量，有效的保障了社会主义建设的顺利进行，有效的促进了中国与各个国家的友好交流。经过中国共产党人实践的检验，更加肯定了统筹兼顾思想在中国共产党中的历史地位，促进了统筹兼顾思想在各个时期的继承和发展。同时，毛泽东统筹兼顾思想对于今天我们解决新的历史时期的新问题提供了新的思路，为提高党的执政能力和领导水平提供了科学的方法，为构建社会主义和谐社会的建设指明了前进的方向。因此，无论是在过去、现在还是未来我们都需要坚持和运用毛泽东的统筹兼顾思想来发展社会主义和解决社会现实问题。
[Abstract]:Mao Zedong's thought of overall consideration, as an important part of Mao Zedong's thought, is a positive result of Comrade Mao Zedong's application of the basic principles of Marxism to solve the problems of Chinese revolution and construction practice. It is a Marxist theory with Chinese characteristics. The classical works of Marxism, the traditional culture of China and the exploration of comprehensive balance in the former Soviet Union are the theoretical basis of Mao Zedong's overall consideration. Until the period of socialist reform and construction, Mao Zedong has played a very far-reaching and important role in the thought of overall consideration. Mao Zedong's overall thinking is to gradually grow and develop in the course of China's revolutionary practice. Its contents include political, economic, cultural and other aspects in breadth. Mao Zedong's overall consideration is based on the overall consideration of the fundamental interests of all the people, and the main purpose of Mao Zedong is to mobilize all positive factors to build socialism. It has played a very important role in the development of China's socialist cause and is a comprehensive, dialectical and scientific ideological system in the new period. We still need to use Mao Zedong's overall thinking to build socialism with Chinese characteristics. Mao Zedong's overall consideration effectively unites the various forces that can be United and effectively guarantees the smooth progress of socialist construction. It has effectively promoted the friendly exchange between China and various countries. Through the examination of the practice of the Chinese Communists, it has affirmed the historical position of the overall consideration thought in the CPC. It has promoted the inheritance and development of the overall consideration thought in each period. At the same time, Mao Zedong's overall consideration thought has provided a new way of thinking for us to solve the new problems in the new historical period today. In order to improve the ruling ability and leadership of the Party to provide a scientific method for the construction of a socialist harmonious society pointed out the way forward. Therefore, whether in the past. Now and in the future, we need to adhere to and use Mao Zedong's thought of overall consideration to develop socialism and solve social problems.
