【摘要】：邓小平社会公仆思想的研究目的在于通过系统梳理邓小平社会公仆思想的形成条件,联系邓小平所处时代的特色,归纳出邓小平社会公仆思想的内涵,结合当前全面从严治党的实际,挖掘邓小平社会公仆思想的当代价值。本文由三部分构成:第一部分探讨邓小平社会公仆思想的形成条件,包括邓小平社会公仆思想的形成背景和理论来源;第二部分探讨邓小平社会公仆思想的主要内容——社会公仆本质论、社会公仆标准论和社会公仆防变论;最后探讨邓小平社会公仆思想的理论价值和实践价值。邓小平社会公仆思想不仅仅使马克思主义社会公仆思想得到了发展、使邓小平理论的思想体系得到了丰富,还为新时期党建提供了理论指导。同时,邓小平社会公仆思想为改革开放提出了新的干部标准,为建设廉洁政府指明了价值取向,为建立健全权力运行制约和监督机制丰富了理论依据,为中国走向世界提供了人才支持。本文主要研究方法是文献研究法和比较分析法。通过研读学术专著、学位论文和学术论文,厘清邓小平社会公仆思想的基本脉络,进而比较邓小平社会公仆思想与马克思、恩格斯、列宁及毛泽东的社会公仆思想的异同,由此发现邓小平社会公仆思想独特的时代内涵。本文的创新点:一是分析邓小平社会公仆思想在其理论构成中的重要地位;二是将邓小平社会公仆思想上升为理论体系进行构建,分别从本质论、标准论和防变论三部分进行阐述;三是既阐明邓小平社会公仆思想与马克思、恩格斯、列宁和毛泽东的社会公仆思想的一脉相承,又强调邓小平社会公仆思想在马克思主义社会公仆思想中的时代特色,挖掘邓小平社会公仆思想的当代价值。
[Abstract]:The purpose of the study of Deng Xiaoping's thought of social public servant is to summarize the connotation of the thought of social public servant of Deng Xiaoping by systematically combing the forming conditions of the thought of social public servant, connecting with the characteristics of the era in which Deng Xiaoping lives. Combined with the reality of comprehensive and strict administration of the Party at present, this paper explores the contemporary value of Deng Xiaoping's thought of social public servants. This paper is composed of three parts: the first part discusses the forming conditions of the ideology of social public servants of Deng Xiaoping. The second part discusses the main content of the thought of social public servant-the essence of social public servant, the standard theory of social public servant and the theory of social public servant's prevention of change, including the formation background and theoretical source of Deng Xiaoping's thought of social public servant, the second part discusses the main content of the thought of social public servant; Finally, this paper discusses the theoretical and practical value of Deng Xiaoping's social public servant thought, which not only develops the Marxist social public servant thought, but also enriches the ideological system of Deng Xiaoping's theory. It also provides theoretical guidance for party building in the new period. At the same time, Deng Xiaoping's idea of public servants puts forward new standards for cadres for the reform and opening up, and points out the value orientation for building a clean government. In order to establish and perfect the mechanism of restriction and supervision of power operation, it enriches the theoretical basis and provides talent support for China to move towards the world. The main research methods of this paper are literature research method and comparative analysis method. The thesis and academic thesis clarify the basic thread of Deng Xiaoping's social public servant thought, and then compare the similarities and differences between the social public servant thought of Deng Xiaoping and Marx, Engels, Lenin and Mao Zedong. From this, we find the unique connotation of Deng Xiaoping's social public servant thought. The innovation of this paper is as follows: first, analyzing the important position of the social servant thought of Deng Xiaoping in its theoretical structure; The second is to raise Deng Xiaoping's thought of social public servants to a theoretical system, which is elaborated from three parts: essence theory, standard theory and anti-change theory; third, it clarifies the ideology of social public servant and Marx, Engels, and the other is the theory of social public servant of Deng Xiaoping, which includes the theory of essence, the theory of standard and the theory of prevention of change. Lenin and Mao Zedong's thoughts on social public servants are in the same vein, and they also emphasize the characteristics of the social public servants thought in Marxist social servant thought, and excavate the contemporary value of Deng Xiaoping's social public servant thought.
