马克思的无产阶级贫困理论与中国城乡贫困问题研究

【摘要】：改革开放特别是进入新世纪以来，随着社会主义市场经济的快速发展和现代化建设的不断推进，民生问题越来越受到社会的关注，正确认识我国城乡现实问题，有效地遏制和消除贫困、缩小贫富差距、缓和贫富之间的矛盾，以保持政治稳定和促进社会和谐，是我国落实科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会、全面建设小康社会的重要条件。因此，坚持以马克思贫困理论为指导，对我国现阶段存在的城乡现实问题进行深入的研究，不仅具有重要的学术价值和理论意义，而且具有重大的现实意义。本文主要分为五部分：第一部分为绪论，，主要讲述了我写作本文的选题依据及意义，国内外对贫困理论的研究现状，本文的写作思路和方法，论文的框架和写作的创新之处。第二部分阐述了马克思无产阶级贫困的基本理论。这一部分主要是按照历史发展顺序，对马克思无产阶级贫困理论的形成、发展和基本内容进行了详细的梳理和理论概括，并对其理论在我国不同历史时期发展进行了分析，从而为本问题的研究奠定了理论基础。第三部分，阐述了当前我国城市贫困的现状和原因。这一部分主要是说明了什么是城市贫困，衡量城市贫困的标准是什么，以此为前提紧密结合实际，深入分析了我国城市贫困的特征、根源及其社会影响。第四部分，阐述了当前我国农村贫困的现状和原因，这一部分根据对贫困人口的数量和分布的统计资料，分析了农村致贫的原因以及其社会影响。第五部分，阐述了当代中国积极防治城乡贫困、防治两极分化、走向共同富裕的重大战略与基本对策。
[Abstract]:The reform and opening up especially in the new century, with the rapid development of the socialist market economy and the progress of modernization, people's livelihood issues more and more attention from the society, the correct understanding of practical problems of China's urban and rural areas, effectively prevent and eliminate poverty, narrow the gap between rich and poor, ease the contradiction between the rich and the poor, in order to maintain political stability and promote social harmony, is the implementation of China's Scientific Outlook on Development, to build a socialist harmonious society, an important condition for building a well-off society. Therefore, Marx adhere to the poverty theory, in-depth study of urban and rural problems in the present stage of our country, not only has important theoretical significance and academic value, but also has great practical significance.
This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, mainly about my writing background and significance of this paper, the research status at home and abroad on the theory of poverty, writing ideas and methods of this paper, the framework of the thesis and writing the innovation. The second part expounds the basic theory of Marx's proletarian poverty. This part mainly in accordance with the order of historical development, the formation of Marx's proletarian poverty theory, the development and the basic content of the summary and combing theory in detail, and the theory in different historical periods in our country is analyzed, which lays a theoretical foundation for the study of this problem. The third part describes the current status and reasons of our country city poverty. This part mainly explains what is the poverty of the city, what is the measure of city poverty standard, on the basis of combining the actual, in-depth analysis The poverty of our country city characteristics, causes and social impact. The fourth part describes the current China's rural poverty situation and reasons, this part according to the statistical data of the number and distribution of poverty population, analyzes reasons of poverty in rural areas and its social influence. The fifth part expounds the contemporary Chinese prevention in urban and rural areas poverty, to control the polarization, major strategic and basic countermeasures of common prosperity.
