【摘要】：中国共产党以人为本思想内涵丰富，内容博大精深，是个完整的科学体系。它是科学发展观的核心，是毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想的重要组成部分。我们党以人为本思想的理论基础是马克思主义的人本思想，是马克思主义人本思想与中国实际相结合的产物；我们党以人为本思想深深地根植于中华民族优秀的文化沃土之中，因此，它具有鲜明的中国特色；它是在中国革命、建设和改革发展实践中形成并不断发展完善的，在中国革命、建设和改革发展中发挥了重要的指导作用，具有重大的理论价值和实践意义。我们党以人为本思想是中国特色社会主义的人本思想，它具有科学性、革命性、批判性和严格的党性；它内容的着重点是为了人民、依靠人民、尊重人民、信任人民、引导人民和促进人素质的全面和谐发展。这些内容是个完整的科学体系，各方面内容相互联系相互渗透，，是为了人民和依靠人民的辩证统一；是满足人民物质需要和满足人民精神需要的有机结合，是尊重信任人民和教育引导人民的完美体现，是促进人民素质的全面发展和个性自由发展的有机统一；党的以人为本思想有个形成发展和不断完善的过程，我们党的几代领导集体对其发展做出了重要贡献。它在发展中体现了一脉相承和与时俱进的特点。以人为本是我们党立党之本，执政之基。我们党的历史和中国特色社会主义的实践证明，只有坚持以人为本，我们的政权才能稳固，我们的事业才能发展，中华民族才能真正复兴，人民所期望的美好生活目标才能实现。坚持以人为本，关键在落实，“空谈误国，实干兴邦”。必须把为了人民、依靠人民、尊重人民和促进人的发展落实到党和国家的各项工作中去，同时用以人为本思想要求检查评价各级领导机关和各个单位的工作。
[Abstract]:The Chinese Communist Party's people-oriented ideology is rich in connotation, extensive and profound in content, and a complete scientific system. It is the core of the scientific development view and the thought of Mao Zedong. Deng Xiaoping's theory and the important thought of "three represents" are important parts. The theoretical foundation of our party's people-oriented thought is the humanism thought of Marxism and the product of the combination of Marxist humanism thought and Chinese reality. The people-oriented thought of our party is deeply rooted in the excellent cultural fertile soil of the Chinese nation, therefore, it has distinct Chinese characteristics, and it is formed and continuously developed and perfected in the practice of revolution, construction, reform and development of China. It plays an important guiding role in the development of revolution, construction and reform in China, and has great theoretical and practical significance. The people-oriented ideology of our Party is the humanist ideology of socialism with Chinese characteristics, which is scientific, revolutionary, critical and strict in party spirit. Its contents are focused on the people, relying on, respecting and trusting the people. Guiding the people and promoting the all-round and harmonious development of the people's quality. These contents are a complete scientific system, the contents of all aspects are interrelated and infiltrated with each other, for the sake of the people and relying on the people's dialectical unity; It is the organic combination of satisfying the people's material needs and the people's spiritual needs, the perfect embodiment of respecting and trusting the people and guiding the people through education, and the organic unity of promoting the all-round development of the people's quality and the free development of their individuality. The party's people-oriented thought has a process of formation, development and continuous improvement, and several generations of leading collectives of our party have made important contributions to its development, which embodies the characteristics of keeping abreast of each other and keeping pace with the times in the course of development. The history of our party and the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics have proved that only by adhering to the people-oriented approach can our political power be stable and our cause develop. Only when the Chinese nation can truly rejuvenate, can the people's desired goal of a better life be realized. Adhering to the people-oriented approach, the key lies in the implementation of the policy. "empty talk is bad for the country, and work is good for the country."... We must rely on the people for the sake of the people. Respecting the people and promoting human development are put into practice in the work of the Party and the country, and the work of leading organs and units at all levels is examined and evaluated with the requirement of people-oriented thinking.
