【摘要】：邓小平的文化建设思想是邓小平理论的重要组成部分。它是在中国社会主义革命、社会主义建设特别是改革开放的历史进程中形成、发展和逐步深化的,是适应新时代需要而产生的中国化的马克思主义文化理论,是对毛泽东文化建设思想的继承和发展。邓小平文化建设思想不仅有特殊的形成背景,更是一个内涵丰富的科学体系。深入研究邓小平文化建设思想,对于进一步贯彻落实党的十八大精神,大力推进中国特色社会主义文化大发展大繁荣,实现建设社会主义文化强国的梦想具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。本文共分为四个部分：第一部分：邓小平文化建设思想的战略地位。该部分重点强调了邓小平文化建设思想与马列主义和毛泽东文化建设思想既一脉相承又与时俱进、创新发展,论述了文化建设思想在邓小平理论体系中的重要地位,以及对现阶段文化建设的重要指导作用。第二部分：邓小平文化建设思想的形成与发展。该部分从新中国成立前、新中国成立到十一届三中全会前和改革开放后三个历史阶段,分析和阐述了邓小平文化建设思想形成与发展的过程。第三部分：邓小平文化建设思想的基本内容。该部分在查阅大量文献资料的基础上,从文化建设的指导思想、基本方针、根本任务、战略措施四个方面,全面论述了邓小平文化建设思想的基本内容。第四部分：学习贯彻邓小平文化建设思想应注意的几个问题。该部分把学习研究邓小平文化建设思想与贯彻落实十八大精神结合起来,着重强调建设社会主义文化强国,必须以邓小平文化建设思想为指导,必须正确处理中国传统文化与国外优秀文化的关系,必须坚持文化建设与政治、经济、社会、生态文明建设协调发展,必须积极推进文化建设的改革与创新。
[Abstract]:Deng Xiaoping's thought on cultural construction is an important part of Deng Xiaoping's theory. It was formed, developed and gradually deepened in the historical process of China's socialist revolution, socialist construction, especially reform and opening up. It is a Sinicized Marxist cultural theory that meets the needs of the new era. It is the inheritance and development of Mao Zedong's thought on cultural construction. The cultural construction thought of Deng Xiaoping not only has a special forming background, It is also a scientific system with rich connotations. To further carry out the Party's 18 spirit and vigorously promote the great development and prosperity of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics, it is necessary to further study Deng Xiaoping's thought on cultural construction. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to realize the dream of building a socialist cultural power. This paper is divided into four parts:. The first part: the strategic position of Deng Xiaoping's cultural construction thought. This paper discusses the important position of the thought of cultural construction in Deng Xiaoping's theoretical system and its important guiding role in the present stage of cultural construction. The second part: the formation and development of Deng Xiaoping's thought of cultural construction. This part goes from the founding of New China, the founding of New China to the third Plenary session of the Eleventh Central Committee and the three historical stages after the reform and opening up. This paper analyzes and expounds the forming and developing process of Deng Xiaoping's cultural construction thought. Part three: the basic content of Deng Xiaoping's thought of cultural construction, which, on the basis of consulting a great deal of literature and materials, includes four aspects: guiding ideology, basic policy, basic task and strategic measures of cultural construction. This paper discusses the basic content of Deng Xiaoping's cultural construction thought. Part 4th: several problems to be paid attention to in studying and carrying out Deng Xiaoping's thought of cultural construction. This part combines the study and study of the cultural construction thought of Deng Xiaoping with the implementation of the spirit of 18, with emphasis on building a socialist cultural power. We must be guided by Deng Xiaoping's thought of cultural construction, must correctly handle the relationship between Chinese traditional culture and foreign excellent culture, and must adhere to the coordinated development of cultural construction and the construction of political, economic, social and ecological civilization. We must actively promote the reform and innovation of cultural construction.
