【摘要】：马克思农业观的主要内容包括:农业在国民经济中处于基础性地位;资本主义私有制决定了资本主义农业的不合理性;其创造的生产力,为未来社会的农业发展提供物质基础;大工业在农业中的运用能够引起社会的根本性变革;小块土地经营模式必将被大农业所取代;资本主义农业的任何进步都是"掠夺""技巧"的进步;必须彻底消灭资本主义私有制,建立公有制,但在不同类型国家要采取不同实现形式;未来,现代化农业必将得到长足发展。马克思的农业观为新形势下我国农业发展提供了丰富的理论资源,应进一步突出农业在国民经济中的基础性地位;在完善社会主义公有制的前提下创新农业生产经营体制的实现形式与运行机制;实施农地"确权"并在此基础上鼓励合理"流转"土地经营权或使用权。
[Abstract]:The main contents of Marx's view of agriculture include: agriculture is in a basic position in the national economy; capitalist private ownership determines the irrationality of capitalist agriculture; the productive forces created by it provide the material basis for the agricultural development of the future society; The application of big industry in agriculture can cause the fundamental change of society, the management mode of small plots of land will be replaced by big agriculture, any progress of capitalist agriculture will be the progress of "plunder" and "technique"; Capitalist private ownership must be completely eliminated and public ownership established, but different forms of realization must be adopted in different types of countries; in the future, Modern agriculture is bound to be greatly developed. Marx's view of agriculture provides abundant theoretical resources for the development of agriculture in China under the new situation, which should further highlight the basic position of agriculture in the national economy. Under the premise of perfecting socialist public ownership, we should innovate the realization form and operation mechanism of agricultural production and management system, implement farmland "right of confirmation" and, on this basis, encourage rational "circulation" of land management right or right of use.
