恩格斯论道德和法的历史性及其启示——《反杜林论》第一编九、十、十一章研读

【摘要】：《反杜林论》第一编九、十、十一章,是恩格斯针对杜林提出的永恒真理观、永恒道德观和超阶级、超历史的平等观作出的科学批判,通过分析批判,论述了马克思主义的真理观、道德观和平等观,论述了道德和法的社会历史性。是恩格斯阐述唯物主义历史观的重要文献,在《反杜林论》一书中具有重要地位。《反杜林论》第一编九、十、十一章在论述道德和法的历史性部分,论述了批判杜林的形而上学独断论,阐明人类思维的本质性矛盾和发展动力;阐述了道德和法的观念"归根到底都是当时的社会经济状况的产物";阐明了平等观念是历史的产物。恩格斯对杜林主义的批判和关于道德和法的社会历史性的论述,对我们今天有重要启迪和指导意义。
[Abstract]:Chapters 9, 10, and 11 of the first part of the "Anti-Durin Theory" are the scientific criticisms made by Engels on the eternal truth, the eternal morality, the transcendental class and the transcendental view of equality, put forward by Engels through analysis and criticism.This paper discusses the Marxist view of truth, morality and equality, and discusses the social history of morality and law.It is an important document for Engels to expound the historical view of materialism, and plays an important role in the book "Anti-Durin". Chapters 9, 10, and 11 of the first part of the "Anti-Durin Theory" deal with the historical part of morality and law.This paper discusses the critique of During's metaphysical dogmatism and clarifies the essential contradiction and development motive force of human thinking.This paper expounds that the concept of morality and law "is in the final analysis the product of the social and economic situation at that time", and clarifies that the concept of equality is the product of history.Engels' criticism of Durlinism and his social historical discourse on morality and law have important enlightening and guiding significance for us today.
