生态文明建设对构建和谐社会的基础性作用研究

【摘要】：生态问题是人类生存和发展的根本问题,为人类社会的发展提供物质基础和环境保障,不仅事关人类生存和发展,而且会影响到整个国家的发展模式,是当前构建社会主义和谐社会面临的重大课题。本文在对生态文明与和谐社会涵义的深入分析基础上,概括了生态文明与和谐社会的特征及其在人类发展进程中的重要作用。在深入学习马克思主义生态文明思想的基础上,系统阐述了生态文明建设对于构建社会主义和谐社会的基础性作用。结合我国全面建设和谐社会的现实,探索中国特色社会主义生态文明建设的现实路径。首先,本文在分析生态文明研究理论背景的基础上,确定本研究的理论意义和实践价值,介绍了文章结构、研究思路和研究方法的选择并指出论文的创新点,然后对生态文明及其相关概念进行厘定,探讨了生态文明、和谐社会的特征和建设过程及两者间的关系。通过对各自标准和特征的梳理,为论证生态文明对和谐社会的基础性作用提供了宝贵资料。其次,阐述了马克思主义生态环境理论及其意义,主要包括马克思和恩格斯关于生态文明的若干思想、马克思主义发展史上若干生态文明思想和马克思生态文明思想在当代中国的发展这三方面的基本内容和观点。通过对马克思主义的生态环境理论的分析与探讨,使我们能够正确的理解生态文明的内涵从而更加明确当下我国应该建设什么样的生态文明社会。再次,分析了生态文明建设对和谐社会构建的基础性作用,主要包括和谐社会构建与生态文明进步之间的关系审视、在构建和谐社会进程中面临的生态环境问题以及生态文明如何通过社会生产力、社会政治文明、社会文化和社会公众生活这四方面对和谐社会的构建起基础性作用。最后,阐述了和谐社会构建进程中生态文明建设的路径探索。主要包括五个方面的内容：生态文明观念的建立、巩固和不断提升；使生态文化成为社会文化的核心要素；社会全面发展中的生态文明建设设计与执行；社会经济结构中的生态文明建设；国际化标准下的中国生态文明建设。旨在从思想、文化、社会管理、经济和全球化标准方面入手,促进生态文明社会与和谐社会的早日实现及健康发展。
[Abstract]:The ecological problem is the fundamental problem of human existence and development , provides material foundation and environmental protection for the development of human society . It not only has the characteristics of ecological civilization and harmonious society but also the important role in the process of human development . On the basis of deeply analyzing the ecological civilization and the meaning of harmonious society , this paper summarizes the basic function of ecological civilization and harmonious society and explores the realistic path of the construction of socialism ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics .

First , based on the analysis of the theoretical background of ecological civilization , this paper introduces the theoretical significance and practical value of this research , introduces the paper structure , research thinking and research methods , points out the innovation points of the paper , and then discusses the characteristics and the construction process of ecological civilization and harmonious society and the relationship between them . Through the combing of their respective standards and characteristics , this paper provides valuable information for the demonstration of ecological civilization ' s basic role in the harmonious society .

Secondly , this paper expounds the Marxist ecological environment theory and its significance , including Marx and Engels ' ideas about the ecological civilization , the basic contents and viewpoints of the thought of ecological civilization in the history of Marxism and the development of Marx ' s ecological civilization thought in contemporary China . Through the analysis and discussion of the theory of ecological environment of Marxism , we can correctly understand the connotation of ecological civilization and make more explicit the ecological civilization society that our country should build .

Thirdly , the basic function of ecological civilization construction on the construction of harmonious society is analyzed , including the relationship between the construction of harmonious society and the progress of ecological civilization , the ecological environment problem faced by the process of constructing harmonious society and how ecological civilization has played a basic role in the construction of harmonious society through social productive forces , social political civilization , social culture and public life .

Finally , the paper expounds the path exploration of the construction of ecological civilization in the process of constructing harmonious society , which mainly includes five aspects : the establishment , consolidation and promotion of ecological civilization concept ;

Ecological civilization construction in socio - economic structure ;
The aim is to promote the early realization and healthy development of ecological civilization society and harmonious society from the aspects of thought , culture , social management , economy and globalization .
