【摘要】：中国自古就是一个多民族国家，能否正确认识和解决民族问题始终是一个关系到国家兴旺发达的重要问题。面对由历史上遗留下来的民族间发展不平衡的情况，，中国共产党成立后积极探索如何促进少数民族和民族地区的发展，实现各民族的共同繁荣发展。本文以马克思主义民族理论为基础，以实现各民族共同繁荣发展为目标，以促进少数民族和民族地区发展为主题，通过对建党以来各代领导人的民族发展观的梳理，归纳总结出中国共产党民族发展观的特点，为逐步缩小各民族间的发展差距、实现各民族共同繁荣和中华民族的伟大复兴提供经验启示。本文第一部分探讨了中国共产党民族发展观形成的理论来源，深入研究了马克思主义的民族发展思想和西方社会发展观的演变，以及对中国共产党民族发展观的影响及借鉴作用。第二部分梳理了中国共产党民族发展观的演变历程，包括关于民族发展观的萌芽、形成和发展三个时期。并且从经济、政治、文化等方面的政策入手，全面的阐述了中国共产党的民族发展观。第三、四部分科学地概括和总结了中国共产党民族发展观的特点、基本经验及为今后做好民族工作、促进各民族协调发展提供的启示。中国共产党民族理论丰富和发展了马克思主义民族理论，促进了我国民族工作的顺利开展。研究它对我们做好现在和将来的民族工作有着重大的指导意义。
[Abstract]:China has been a multi-ethnic country since ancient times. Whether we can correctly understand and solve national problems has always been an important issue related to the prosperity of our country.Faced with the unbalanced development of ethnic groups left over from history, the Communist Party of China has actively explored how to promote the development of ethnic minorities and ethnic regions and realize the common prosperity and development of all ethnic groups after the founding of the Communist Party of China.Based on Marxist national theory, this paper aims at realizing the common prosperity and development of all ethnic groups, taking the promotion of the development of ethnic minorities and ethnic regions as the theme, and combing the national development concept of the leaders of all generations since the founding of the Party.This paper summarizes the characteristics of the Chinese Communist Party's national development concept, and provides experience and enlightenment for gradually narrowing the development gap among the different nationalities and realizing the common prosperity of all nationalities and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The first part of this paper discusses the theoretical source of the formation of the Chinese Communist Party's national development concept, and deeply studies the evolution of the Marxist national development thought and the western social development view.And the influence and reference to the Chinese Communist Party's national development view.The second part combs the evolution course of the Chinese Communist Party's national development concept, including three periods about the germination, formation and development of the national development view.And from the economic, political, cultural and other aspects of the policy, comprehensive elaboration of the Chinese Communist Party's national development concept.The third and fourth parts scientifically summarize and summarize the characteristics of the CPC's national development concept, the basic experience and the enlightenment for doing the national work well and promoting the coordinated development of all nationalities in the future.The Chinese Communist Party's national theory enriches and develops Marxist national theory and promotes the smooth development of national work in China.The research on it has great guiding significance for us to do our present and future national work well.
