马克思主义理论学科人才培养的系统化路径探讨

【摘要】：马克思主义理论学科在不太长的建设历程中建立了一支强有力的学科建设队伍,实现了向学科综合职能的转换,人才培养走向常规化,但从培养对象来看,存在专业知识准备不足、专业意识薄弱、专业研究自主性偏低等问题。促进马克思主义理论学科健康发展,就必须以问题为中心,以人本关怀为价值尺度,制定出切实可行的措施,把人才培养作为系统工程进行科学化建设,才能在消解各种潜在问题的过程中形成促进人才健全成长的高效模式。
[Abstract]:Marxist theoretical discipline has established a powerful discipline construction team in the course of not too long construction, has realized the transformation to the discipline comprehensive function, the talented person training has gone to the regularization, but looked from the training object, There are some problems, such as inadequate preparation of professional knowledge, weak professional consciousness, low autonomy of professional research and so on. In order to promote the healthy development of Marxist theoretical discipline, we must take the problem as the center, take the humanism as the value criterion, formulate the feasible measure, take the talent training as the system engineering to carry on the scientific construction. Only in the process of resolving all kinds of potential problems can we form an efficient model to promote the sound growth of talents.
