中国共产党党群沟通机制创新研究

【摘要】：改革开放三十多年来,社会主义民主政治不断推进,人民群众的利益诉求不断增加,权利意识不断觉醒,政治参与意识不断提升。但是由于党群沟通动力不足、党群沟通渠道不畅、党群沟通信息失真等问题的存在,导致党群沟通不畅,党群矛盾加剧。必须适应形势的变化,坚持以人为本、与时俱进、比较借鉴等原则,提高党群沟通主体的积极性,畅通党群沟通渠道,创新党群沟通理念,紧紧围绕党群沟通的行为主体、程序规则、渠道载体、方式方法以及效果评估等关键环节,完善党群沟通机制,满足人民群众日益增强的参与意识、维权意识、表达意识,构建民主和谐、良性互动、科学有效的党群沟通,确保党群沟通过程更为优化、沟通效果更为良好,充分挥全体社会成员的积极性和创造性。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up more than 30 years ago, the socialist democratic politics has been advancing continuously, the interests of the people have been increasing, the consciousness of rights has been awakened, and the consciousness of political participation has been raised. However, due to the lack of motivation for communication between the Party and the masses, the lack of channels of communication between the Party and the masses, and the distortion of the information of the communication between the Party and the masses, the communication between the Party and the masses is not smooth and the contradictions between the parties and the masses We must adapt to the change of the situation, adhere to the principles of people-oriented, keep pace with the times, compare and use for reference, improve the enthusiasm of the party and masses communication subject, open up the communication channels between the party and the masses, innovate the idea of the party and masses communication, and closely revolve around the behavior subject of the party and masses communication. The key links, such as procedural rules, channel carriers, ways and methods, and effect evaluation, should perfect the communication mechanism between the Party and the masses, meet the increasing awareness of participation, rights protection, expression, democracy and harmony among the people, Scientific and effective communication between the Party and the masses ensures that the communication process of the Party and the masses is more optimized, the communication effect is better, and the enthusiasm and creativity of all the members of the society are fully developed.
