文化安全视野下内蒙古和谐社会的构建

【摘要】：从文化安全视野进行考察，文化的生存与发展是促进社会和谐发展的重要因素，文化是人类社会发展的共同思想基础，文化为人与社会的发展提供了不竭的动力和智力支持。内蒙古作为一个民族文化大区，文化安全主要体现在主流意识形态安全及草原文化繁荣发展两个方面，而且这两个方面之间是相辅相成，互为一体的关系，是内蒙古和谐社会构建的基础和保障。本文基于内蒙古文化的特色，以及文化安全本身的复杂性、隐蔽性等特点，从文化安全角度对内蒙古和谐社会的构建进行研究，以文化安全为主线将内蒙古意识形态安全、文化事业和产业安全与信息社会时代背景紧密结合，从意识形态安全与内蒙古和谐社会构建、文化业发展与内蒙古和谐社会构建、信息社会与内蒙古和谐社会的构建三个主要方面进行了分析、研究，并提出了相应的对策及建议。本文共分为四章。第一章绪论从文化安全研究现状及内蒙古文化特点出发，对选题的目的、意义，研究现状、方法，创新之处进行了阐述。第二章主要对文化、安全、文化安全的概念、涵义进行了论述，对和谐社会思想的由来进行了详细的阐述，从非传统安全观、文化研究、区域文化安全三个方面为本文的选题及研究提供基础的理论依据。第三章的论述紧紧围绕文化安全是指核心意识形态及价值观念的安全这一主线展开，从非传统安全观出发，，在全球化、内蒙古文化安全的特殊性、宗教文化、生态文明四个方面对内蒙古和谐社会构建形成的威胁与危险进行了论述。并从社会存在决定社会意识的角度，对内蒙古文化事业、文化产业存在的不足与问题结合内蒙古和谐社会构建进行了分析研究。从信息这一文化安全的第一要素出发，对信息时代内蒙古存在的影响社会和谐的风险与问题进行了分析研究。第四章提出了维护内蒙古文化安全构建和谐内蒙古的对策建议。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of cultural security, the survival and development of culture is an important factor to promote the harmonious development of society. Culture is the common ideological basis for the development of human society. Culture provides endless power and intellectual support for the development of human and society. As a region of ethnic culture, Inner Mongolia's cultural security is mainly reflected in the two aspects of mainstream ideological security and the prosperity and development of grassland culture. Moreover, these two aspects complement each other and form an integral whole. Is the Inner Mongolia harmonious society construction foundation and the safeguard. Based on the characteristics of Inner Mongolia culture, as well as the complexity and concealment of cultural security, this paper studies the construction of harmonious society in Inner Mongolia from the angle of cultural security. Cultural undertakings and industrial security are closely combined with the background of the information society, from the perspective of ideological security and the construction of harmonious society in Inner Mongolia, the development of cultural industry and the construction of harmonious society in Inner Mongolia. The information society and the construction of the harmonious society in Inner Mongolia are analyzed, studied, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter introduces the purpose, significance, research status, method and innovation of the topic from the point of view of the present situation of cultural security and the cultural characteristics of Inner Mongolia. The second chapter mainly discusses the concept and meaning of culture, security and cultural security, and expounds the origin of harmonious society in detail. Three aspects of regional cultural security provide theoretical basis for the topic selection and research. The third chapter discusses the cultural security closely around the core ideology and the security of values, starting from the non-traditional security concept, in the globalization, Inner Mongolia cultural security particularity, religious culture, This paper discusses the threat and danger of constructing harmonious society in Inner Mongolia from four aspects of ecological civilization. From the point of view that social existence determines social consciousness, this paper analyzes and studies the deficiency and problems of cultural cause and cultural industry in Inner Mongolia combined with the construction of harmonious society in Inner Mongolia. Based on information as the first element of cultural security, this paper analyzes and studies the risks and problems existing in Inner Mongolia in the information age that affect social harmony. The fourth chapter puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to maintain Inner Mongolia cultural security and build harmonious Inner Mongolia.
