论中国共产党群众观及其当代价值

【摘要】：中国共产党群众观是中国优秀文化的传承和发展,是中国共产党人将马克思主义基本原理与中国实际结合的产物。中国共产党群众观是基于马克思主义唯物史观,以马克思主义群众观为指导,汲取中国古代民本思想和马列主义思想的精华而产生的富有特色的中国化马克思主义群众观。中国共产党群众观从产生到发展、从成熟到创新的过程是对中国共产党领导全国人民在革命和建设时期取得一次又一次胜利的历史总结与高度概括。在国际环境日趋复杂、国力日益增强的政治背景下,继续践行与发展中国共产党的群众观尤为重要。本文紧紧围绕群众观这一核心概念,从历史到当代、继承并创新、理论同实践等多个角度全方位地考量中国共产党群众观的实践途径和当代价值。以党的第一代领导集体到新时期的领导集体关于中国共产党群众观的理论概述为主线,梳理其演进历程,最终得出其现实意义,中国共产党群众观极大丰富和发展了马克思主义关于群众观的理论宝库,是对中国共产党群众观理论体系的全面提升。中国共产党立足于中国的基本国情,根据不同的发展阶段,不断赋予马克思主义群众观新的时代内涵。在全面建成小康社会,全面深化改革,全面依法治国,全民从严治党为主旋律的时代,以习近平为核心的新一届领导集体,面对人民群众的殷切盼望,继续将群众工作摆在突出位置,用实际行动坚定不移地践行中国共产党群众观,努力使发展成果更多惠及全体人民,带领全国各族人民不断推进中国特色社会主义伟大事业向前发展,为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦而不懈奋斗。
[Abstract]:The mass view of the Communist Party of China is the inheritance and development of the excellent culture of China. It is the product of the combination of the basic principles of Marxism and the reality of China by the Communist Party of China. The mass view of the Communist Party of China is a characteristic Chinese Marxist mass view, which is based on the Marxist historical materialism, guided by the Marxist mass view, and draws on the essence of the people-oriented thought and Marxism-Leninism thought in ancient China. The process from emergence to development, from maturity to innovation of the mass view of the Communist Party of China is a historical summary and a high summary of the victories that the Communist Party of China leads the people of the whole country in the period of revolution and construction. Under the political background of increasingly complicated international environment and increasing national power, it is very important to continue to practice and develop the mass view of the Communist Party of China (CPC). This article closely revolves around the core concept of the mass view, from the history to the present, inherits and innovates, the theory and the practice and so on many angles to consider the practice way and the contemporary value of the mass view of the Communist Party of China in an all-round way. Based on the theoretical overview of the mass view of the Communist Party of China from the first generation of the leadership collective to the new period, the author combs its evolution process, and finally draws its practical significance. The mass view of the Communist Party of China has greatly enriched and developed the theoretical treasure-house of Marxism on the mass view, which is an all-round promotion of the theoretical system of the mass view of the Communist Party of China. Based on the basic national conditions of China, the Communist Party of China endows Marxism with a new connotation of the times according to different stages of development. In an era of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects, deepening reform in an all-round way, governing the country according to law in an all-round way, and strictly governing the Party by all the people as the main theme, the new leadership collective with Xi Jinping as its core is facing the ardent hopes of the people.
