【摘要】：我国电视法治节目从无到有,逐步发展,在数量和形态上都取得了重大突破。这不仅仅为电视节目提供了更加丰富的内容,更重要的是在普及法律知识、推动法治建设方面发挥了不可磨灭的作用。《法治在线》作为我国第一档新闻类法治节目,始终紧扣栏目宗旨：“紧扣中国法治进程脉搏,关注法治领域热点,揭示人与法的复杂关系,体现人文关怀和法治精神。”兼具法治专题和新闻纪实属性的《法治在线》在节目编排、报道特点、栏目形式上都在不断地摸索、总结、创新。但是,由于综艺类以及其他类型节目的大量推出,法治节目的市场份额近年来呈下降趋势；另外,目前的电视法治节目同质竞争激烈、创新潜力不足使得目标受众群逐渐流失。《法治在线》只能从不断地创新和改版中来提高自己的竞争优势。本文梳理了我国电视法治节目的发展历程,总结了每个阶段的节目特点。《法治在线》诞生于繁荣期,在专题类和说法类节目盛行的形势下开创了新的节目样态。本文阐明了《法治在线》开播的时代背景和频道定位,着重讲述了《法治在线》的报道特点和主题活动,针对节目发展中遇到的困境做出分析,提出了应对策略。
[Abstract]:In our country, the program of rule of law has made a great breakthrough in quantity and form, which not only provides more abundant content for TV programs, but also popularizes legal knowledge. Promoting the construction of the rule of law has played an indelible role. As the first news program of rule of law in our country, it always follows the column tenet: "closely follow the pulse of the process of rule of law in China, and pay close attention to the hot spot in the field of rule of law." Revealing the complex relationship between human beings and law, embodying humanistic concern and the spirit of ruling by law. "the" Rule of Law online ", which has both the special features of the rule of law and the documentary character of news, is constantly groping in program arrangement, reporting characteristics, and column form. Summary, innovation. However, due to the variety arts and other types of programs launched in large numbers, the market share of rule of law programs in recent years showed a downward trend; In addition, the current TV programs under the rule of law have fierce homogeneous competition and lack of innovation potential, which makes the target audience lose gradually. "Rule of law online" can only improve its competitive advantage through continuous innovation and revision. This article combs the development course of the TV program of rule of law in our country, summarizes the program characteristic of each stage. "Rule of law online" was born in the prosperous period. Under the situation of the popularity of special and narrative programs, a new program pattern has been created. This paper expounds the background of the launch of "Rule of Law online" and the channel orientation. This paper focuses on the reporting characteristics and thematic activities of "Rule of Law online", analyzes the difficulties encountered in the development of the program, and puts forward some countermeasures.
