一步法制备镁铝水滑石晶须的研究

【摘要】: 镁铝水滑石是一种新型的无机阻燃材料,应用前景十分广泛。镁铝水滑石晶须能够在不恶化材料机械性能的情况下,达到阻燃的目的,因此是一种高性价比且极有应用前途的阻燃剂。 本文研究了超声一步法制备镁铝水滑石试样。采用扫描电镜、X-射线衍射仪和X-射线能谱仪分析所得试样,发现采用超声一步法可以制备出镁铝水滑石晶须。研究了不同镁源、不同铝源、不同超声时间、不同陈化温度和不同陈化时间对镁铝水滑石晶须制备的影响。通过能谱分析仪对试样进行分析,发现镁铝水滑石中[Mg~(2+)]与[Al~(3+)]的摩尔比并不严格为3:1,形貌越接近晶须状,[Mg~(2+)]与[Al~(3+)]的摩尔比越大。并且,本文对材料计算进行了探索,计算了镁基氢氧化物和镁基氧化物的晶格振动及热学性质,为优化实验方案提供了理论依据。
[Abstract]:Magnesium aluminum hydrotalcite is a new kind of inorganic flame retardant, which has a wide application prospect. The magnesium aluminum hydrotalcite whisker can achieve the purpose of flame retardancy without deteriorating the mechanical properties of the material, so it is a kind of highly cost-effective and promising flame retardant.
This paper has studied the preparation of magnesium aluminum hydrotalcite by one step ultrasonic method. Using scanning electron microscope, X- ray diffractometer and X- ray energy spectrometer, we found that the magnesium aluminum hydrotalcite whisker can be prepared by ultrasonic one step method. Different magnesium sources, different aluminum sources, different ultrasonic time, different aging temperature and aging time have been studied for magnesium aluminum. The effect of the preparation of hydrotalcite whisker. The mole ratio of [Mg~ (2+) and [Al~ (3+)) in magnesia aluminum hydrotalcite was not strictly 3:1, the morphology was closer to the whisker, the larger the molar ratio of [Mg~ (2+) and [Al~ (3+)). Furthermore, the material calculation was explored and the magnesium based hydroxide and magnesia based oxygen were calculated in this paper. The lattice vibration and thermal properties of the compounds provide a theoretical basis for optimizing the experimental scheme.
