民勤教育移民中存在的问题和对策研究
[Abstract]:Minqin County in Gansu Province is a typical desertification area in western China, as well as a famous "hometown of Culture" and a famous county of education in Gansu Province. In recent years, the local government has made great efforts to implement "educational immigration", allowing a large number of students to enter all kinds of colleges and universities, and to achieve employment outside the county, so as to alleviate the pressure of the population on the fragile ecological environment. This study points out that educational immigration is a feasible and imperative policy to alleviate the increasingly serious ecological environmental problems of Minqin. The implementation of educational immigrants in Minqin is not only attributed to the deteriorating ecological environment but also to the strong support of the local government. It is also inseparable from the support of local rural families and the subjective wishes of young students. Through the implementation of positive educational immigration policy, rural families are encouraged to invest in the education of their children, forming a good social atmosphere of respecting teachers and attaching great importance to education, creating a brand of education and building county, and relieving the population pressure to a certain extent. However, under the background that the central finance has not invested enough in western education for a long time and the local government has limited financial resources, rural families are still the main investment bodies of education immigrants. The high investment in education and migration leads to the poverty of rural families, and indirectly to the local ecological environment, but also to the loss of high-quality local talents and serious rural old-age problems. From the perspective of sociology, on the basis of in-depth investigation and serious analysis of the conditions and problems in the implementation of educational migrants, this paper puts forward some suggestions for further improving the policy of educational migration.
