广西乡村中小学英语教师专业发展的调查研究

　　本研究旨在解决乡村中小学英语教师面临的主要问题,促进乡村中小学英语教师的全面发展,为农村教育做贡献。本身中小学开设英语课程的时间不长,乡村普及就更晚些了,所以乡村中小学英语教师专业发展是个新的课题,当下关于这方面研究还很薄弱,缺乏相应的理论分析与实证支撑。毫无疑问,本课题以教师专业发展理论和教师职业生涯阶段论为框架,解决乡村中小学教师专业发展问题的这项研究,很有现实意义。本研究以问卷调查和访谈为主要研究手段,以乡村中小学英语教师为研究对象,采用理论与实证相结合的方法对广西2个县市的8所乡村初中和小学进行走访。本研究调查问卷有5个维度:专业知识、专业能力、专业情意、自我专业发展意识、教学期间学习与进修情况。本研究关注的三个问题为:(1)乡村中小学英语教师专业发展现状如何?(2)影响乡村中小学英语教师专业发展的因素是什么?(3)乡村中小学英语教师专业发展的主要问题是什么?研究结果表明:(1)总体来说乡村中小学英语教师专业水平不均衡,专业发展意识薄弱、专业能力欠缺;(2)影响乡村中小学英语教师专业发展的因素包括:专业知识、专业能力、专业情意、自我专业发展意识、进修情况;(3)乡村中小学英语教...
