邓小平“共同富裕”思想实现研究

【摘要】：改革开放以来,邓小平提出了“共同富裕”思想,它是邓小平理论重要组成部分,江泽民、胡锦涛、习近平三代国家领导人都继承与发展了邓小平“共同富裕”思想。在邓小平“共同富裕”思想指引下,我国社会财富和人民财富实现了双增长,贫困现象和贫困人口大幅减少,人民生活水平明显提高,基本实现小康并正向全面小康迈进,社会主义初级阶段主要矛盾得到缓解,中国特色社会主义物质文明建设取得巨大成就。虽然我国经济发展取得了举世瞩目的成就,但由于经济不够发达、社会制度不够完善、“先富带动后富”责任机制不完善,贫困现象依然普遍存在,社会贫富差距很大,“共同富裕”的实现程度不尽如人意,影响了全面小康、“中国梦”的实现进程和人的全面而自由的发展。我国正处于全面建成小康的冲刺阶段,“共同富裕”是社会主义的本质要求,要消灭贫困、消除两极分化、推动人民物质生活水平的提高,我们应从从推动经济发展、完善收入分配机制、建立更加公平可持续的社会保障制度、建立帮扶责任机制以及全面从严治党五个方面作出努力,推进“共同富裕”的实现。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, Deng Xiaoping has put forward the thought of "common prosperity", which is an important part of Deng Xiaoping theory. Under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping's thought of "common prosperity", China's social wealth and people's wealth have achieved double growth, the phenomenon of poverty and the number of poor people have decreased substantially, the living standards of the people have improved markedly, and the basic realization of a well-off society is making progress towards an overall well-off society. The principal contradictions in the primary stage of socialism were alleviated, and great achievements were made in the construction of socialist material civilization with Chinese characteristics. Although our country's economic development has made remarkable achievements, due to the underdevelopment of the economy, the imperfect social system, the imperfection of the responsibility mechanism of "getting rich before getting rich," the phenomenon of poverty is still widespread, and the gap between the rich and the poor in society is very large. The realization of "common prosperity" is not satisfactory, which affects the overall well-off society, the realization process of "Chinese Dream" and the all-round and free development of people. Our country is at the stage of sprint to build a well-off society in an all-round way. "Common prosperity" is the essential requirement of socialism. In order to eradicate poverty, eliminate polarization, and promote the improvement of the people's material living standards, we should start from promoting economic development. We should improve the income distribution mechanism, establish a more equitable and sustainable social security system, establish a mechanism for helping the Party, and make efforts in five aspects: overall and strict administration of the Party, so as to promote the realization of "common prosperity".
