【摘要】:近年来国家大力发展残疾人事业,加强建立健全法律、法规、社会政策等成文规定,社会中越来越多的民间福利组织如雨后春笋般的出现,例如非营利组织的出现,他们为社会公平、社会福利起到了很大的作用。本文是利用在西安慧灵服务工作站实习期间,立足原有对智障人士服务机构的服务模式的研究,残障人士培智学校的教学质量的研究等,认为机构的发展除了要做好管理、筹资等工作外,做好家长工作也是至关重要的,所以本文以工作站学员家长为调查对象,通过对家长访谈,内容涉及到家长对机构的了解度、满意度等方面,随后分析家长的访谈资料,总结家长的主观需求,包括家长的意见、建议和需求,归纳出家长对机构照顾以及康复训练的评价结果,对机构今后的发展方向有哪些展望?机构的优势与不足是什么?最后总结出机构重视家长工作的途径是利用社会工作方法完善家长会的工作,发挥家长在机构训练学员时应有的指导作用,为机构的发展提出正确的建议,展现出了家长与机构的关系是相辅相成的,互相促进。文章结尾则根据以上的调查研究,结合自身的实际观察分析,写出此次访谈过程中的不足和优点,为以后的社工在做此类工作时起到借鉴作用,此外从宏观层面上对我国整体智障人士相关的政策和问题提出自己的观点,对非营利组织要想发展壮大应联合政府、社会及提高自身发展做出简要讨论。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the country vigorously develop undertakings for the handicapped, strengthen to establish and perfect the laws and regulations, social policy rule, such as bamboo shoots after a spring rain like the non-governmental welfare organization more and more in the society, such as non-profit organizations, social justice and social welfare as they played a big role. This is the practice in Xi'an Hui Ling service station, based on the original of the mentally retarded service mode, study on teaching quality of the disabled Peizhi School of thought, the development of institutions in addition to good management, financing and other work, do a long work is crucial, so the student workstation parents for the survey, based on interviews with parents, parents of the institutions involved in the degree of understanding, satisfaction, followed by analysis of interview data of parents, summarize the subjective needs of parents, including parents' opinions, suggestions and needs, summed up the parents of institutional care and rehabilitation training evaluation results, what are the prospects for the future the direction of development of the organization? What is the advantages and disadvantages of institutions? Finally summed up the way parents work organization should pay attention to is the use of social work methods to improve parents We should give full play to the guiding role of parents in the training of institutional trainees, make correct suggestions for the development of institutions, and show that the relationship between parents and institutions is complementary to each other and promote each other. At the end of the article, according to the above research, combining with the actual observation of their analysis, write the merits and demerits of the interview process, social workers after doing such work to learn to play the role, in addition, from the macro level policies and issues related to China's overall intellectual disabilities put forward their views on non-profit the organization wants to develop its government and society should be combined and improve their development and make a brief discussion.
