台湾医务社工介入医患纠纷模式的研究及其对大陆的启示

【摘要】：近年来,医患之间的矛盾急剧凸显,医患双方的信任关系严重缺失,医患矛盾事件屡见不鲜。在医患关系极度紧张的今天,医患纠纷已经不仅仅是医疗卫生领域的问题,已成为严重影响社会秩序的重大社会问题。纵观全球,在医疗纠纷处理和解决方面,台湾的医务社会工作处于领先地位。台湾医务社会工作者介入处理医疗纠纷事件的历程已超过三十年。由研究结果发现,台湾医院社会工作部门多数均参与处理医疗争议事件、医务社会工作者介入医疗纠纷持倾向正面态度,确实扮演病患权益维护者,以及医病之间主要沟通桥梁,并藉由教育者与间接评估者角色,与其他医务工作者共同防范医疗争议的发生以及改善医疗流程。本次论文,尝试通过归纳演绎法、比较分析法和深度访谈法,系统收集大陆和台湾医患纠纷资料并进行分析,归纳大陆医患纠纷介入模式的特点以及台湾医务社工介入医患纠纷的模式,藉此对台湾医务社工介入医患纠纷的模式进行大陆本土化,提出适用于大陆医疗结构的医务社工介入医患纠纷的模式,并研究其适用性。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the contradiction between doctors and patients has been prominent, and the trust relationship between doctors and patients is seriously missing and the contradictions between doctors and patients are common. In today's extremely tense doctor-patient relationship, doctor-patient dispute is not only a problem in the medical and health field, but also a major social problem seriously affecting the social order. Throughout the world, the medical social work in Taiwan is in the leading position in the treatment and settlement of medical disputes. Medical social workers in Taiwan have been involved in the course of medical disputes for more than thirty years. The study results show that most of the Social Work Department of Taiwan hospital were involved in the handling of medical disputes, medical social workers involved in the event of medical disputes with positive attitude, really play patient advocates, and the main bridge of communication between doctors and patients, and through education and indirect assessment of their role and other medical workers to prevent medical disputes and improve medical procedures.
