上海市医务社会工作者职业认同状况及其影响因素研究

【摘要】：随着社会工作的不断发展,作为社会工作在医院内部的延伸,医务社会工作也进入了起步与萌芽阶段。2003年12月在上海召开的“医务社会工作高级研讨班”上指出,上海市将着手把医务社会工作列入医疗工作领域,使之成为卫生领域内继医生、护士、医技之后的第四种职业。2011年2月,上海市卫生局发布了为构建和谐医院、和谐医患关系,上海500多家医院将全面推进医务社会工作者和医院志愿者工作的消息。医务社会工作者是医务社会工作服务效果的直接承担者,是推动医务社会工作发展的中流砥柱,他们的职业认同直接影响了医务社会工作服务的质量,也影响医务社会工作的专业化、职业化。为了了解上海市医务社会工作者的职业认同现状及其影响因素,以便为提升医务社会工作者的职业认同度、推动医务社会工作的职业化和规范化提出合理建议,本研究采用质性研究的方法,对上海市医疗机构中的7名医务社会工作者进行个案深度访谈,然后分析他们的职业认同现状及其影响因素。最后,根据研究发现,笔者从医务社会工作者自身、医务社会工作的外部工作环境两大方面出发提出了相应的促进医务社会工作者职业认同、推动医务社会工作职业化和规范化的建议。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of social work, as the extension of the social work in the hospital, the medical and social work has also entered the beginning and germination stage. That held in Shanghai in December 2003 "medical social work seminar", Shanghai city will proceed with the medical social work in medical field, making it the fourth kind of occupation after doctors, nurses, medical health field. In February 2011, the Shanghai Municipal Health Bureau released the news for building a harmonious hospital and harmonious doctor-patient relationship, and more than 500 hospitals in Shanghai will comprehensively promote the work of medical social workers and hospital volunteers. Medical social worker is the direct bearer of the service effect of medical social work, and the mainstay of promoting the development of medical social work. Their professional identity directly affects the quality of medical social work service, and also affects the professionalization and professionalization of medical social work.
