大学毕业生性别工资差异的实证研究

【摘要】:本文利用大学毕业生就业质量微观调查数据,基于性别和院校层次视角对大学毕业生工资决定方程进行估计,并对性别工资差异进行分解。计量回归结果显示,大学生教育收益率与院校层次呈正相关,同一院校层次中男大学生教育收益率高于女大学生。工资差异分解表明,性别工资差异与院校层次呈负相关,院校层次越低,性别工资差异越大;在总差异中,市场歧视部分远高于禀赋特征差异,性别歧视现象严重,分解项中受教育年限差异是造成男女大学毕业生工资差异和市场歧视的重要因素,且工作经验对于男大专生更重要,政治面貌对于女大学生更关键。
[Abstract]:Based on the microcosmic survey data of college graduates' employment quality, this paper estimates the determinant equation of college graduates' wages from the perspective of gender and college level, and decomposes the gender wage difference. The results of econometric regression showed that there was a positive correlation between the rate of return of education and the level of colleges, and the rate of return of male students was higher than that of female students in the same level of colleges. The decomposition of wage difference shows that the gender wage difference is negatively correlated with the college level, and the lower the college level, the greater the gender wage difference, and the higher the gender wage difference is, the more the market discrimination is compared with the endowment characteristic difference, and the more serious the gender discrimination is. The difference in the number of years of education is an important factor for the wage difference and market discrimination of male and female college graduates, and the work experience is more important for male college students, and the political outlook is more critical for female college students.
