【摘要】：冷战结束以来，国际政治经济格局发生了重大变化。欧亚大陆腹地因其独特的地缘条件，在国际舞台上的地位和作用上升，与此同时，区域内的政治、经济与安全局势复杂化。在这种背景下，上海合作组织（简称上合组织）应运而生。运行十年来，上合组织在维护地区和平与稳定、促进区域经济合作与发展方面，成果丰硕。哈萨克斯坦是中亚地区幅员最为辽阔的国家，在中亚甚至整个欧亚大陆腹地都具有举足轻重的影响。作为上合组织的创始会员国，哈萨克斯坦对该组织的积极参与，不论对其自身，，还是对上合组织，都具有重要意义。本论文研究的主题是哈萨克斯坦参与上合组织的动机、方式、未来前景及这种参与所产生的影响。而对影响哈萨克斯坦参与上合组织利弊因素的分析，则有助于判断上合组织的走向、并为完善这一新型区域合作机制提供依据和路径。
[Abstract]:Since the end of the Cold War, major changes have taken place in the international political and economic pattern. The Eurasian hinterland, due to its unique geographical conditions, has increased in status and role on the international stage, at the same time, the political, economic and security situation in the region is complicated. In this context, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (referred to as the Shanghai Cooperation Organization) came into being. Over the past ten years, the SCO has achieved fruitful results in maintaining regional peace and stability and promoting regional economic cooperation and development. Kazakhstan is the largest country in Central Asia and plays an important role in Central Asia and even the whole Eurasian hinterland. As a founding member of the SCO, Kazakhstan's active participation in the SCO is of great significance both to itself and to the SCO. This paper focuses on the motivation, mode, future prospects and impact of Kazakhstan's participation in SCO. The analysis of the pros and cons of Kazakstan's participation in SCO is helpful to judge the trend of SCO and to provide the basis and path for perfecting this new mechanism of regional cooperation.
