钓鱼岛主权争端与中日关系

【摘要】：中日关系是国际政治研究中重要而又敏感的议题之一。中日关系也是国际政治上最为复杂的双边关系之一。由于普遍存在的“安全困境”,两国之间开展安全合作的难度远高于经济、文化领域的合作。由于两国社会制度、发展水平、地缘政治迥异,东亚地区中日关系的每一个环节都让大国之间的关系紧张,难以避免的不确定感增加了两国之间的“安全困境”,两国为自己国家的未来和意图着想,如两国之间的钓鱼岛主权争端,在能源市场上的竞争上升,同时两国之间的非连续性的政策背后的情感因素的影响,也造成了两国之间的民族主义的膨胀,历史问题的“记忆”和现实政策反应的是历史和现实的纠纷。但是中日两国又是一衣带水的邻国,如何处理好两国涉及核心利益的议题,对维护东亚区的和平与稳定双边友好关系有着重要的意义。有时在各自民族主义点燃的国家情绪下甚至都有走向战争边缘的危险,其中在钓鱼岛问题上更是如此。中日两国都有着独特的历史文化,从加强中日关系发展的路径和对策入手,本着解决矛盾的不同层次,通过过程建构主义理论,分析中日关系健康发展的路径。勾勒出中日关系健康发展需要面临的阶段,并提出要进一步推进中日合作的开展需进行的努力。本文分为四大部分。第一部分导论,首先界定论文的选题意义、研究现状和研究方法几个核心概念。第二部分介绍关于中日在钓鱼岛问题上的主张与分歧,以及对日本主权论据的批驳。第三部分介绍钓鱼岛主权争端对中日关系的影响。第四部分提出对加强中日关系发展的路径与对策的建议,以及中日关系健康发展的设想。最后在结论中表述中日关系健康合作的设想。
[Abstract]:Sino-Japanese relations are one of the most important and sensitive issues in international political research. Sino-Japanese relations are also one of the most complicated bilateral relations in international politics. Because of the prevailing "security dilemma", security cooperation between the two countries is much more difficult than economic and cultural cooperation. As the social systems, the level of development, and the geopolitical differences between the two countries, every link in Sino-Japanese relations in East Asia has strained relations between major countries, the inevitable sense of uncertainty has increased the "security dilemma" between the two countries. For the sake of their own country's future and intentions, such as the dispute over sovereignty over the Diaoyu Islands between the two countries, the rising competition in the energy market, and the influence of the emotional factors behind the discontinuous policies between the two countries, It also caused the expansion of nationalism between the two countries. The "memory" of historical problems and realistic policies reflected the disputes between history and reality. However, as China and Japan are neighboring countries, it is of great significance to maintain peace and stability in East Asia. Sometimes there is even a danger of moving to the brink of war under the national mood ignited by their own nationalism, especially in the case of the Diaoyu Islands. Both China and Japan have unique history and culture. Starting with the path and countermeasures to strengthen the development of Sino-Japanese relations, and in the light of different levels of resolving contradictions, through the theory of process constructivism, this paper analyzes the path of healthy development of Sino-Japanese relations. This paper outlines the stages that need to be faced in the healthy development of Sino-Japanese relations, and puts forward the efforts needed to further promote the development of Sino-Japanese cooperation. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part of the introduction, first of all, define the significance of the topic, research status and research methods several core concepts. The second part introduces the opinions and differences between China and Japan on the Diaoyu Islands, and refutes the argument of Japan's sovereignty. The third part introduces the influence of Diaoyu Island sovereignty dispute on the relationship between China and Japan. The fourth part puts forward suggestions on the path and countermeasures of strengthening the development of Sino-Japanese relations, as well as the assumption of healthy development of Sino-Japanese relations. Finally, the conclusion of the healthy cooperation between China and Japan is presented.
