【摘要】：政府间国际组织(Intergovernmental Organizations,IGOs)在当今国际社会中发挥着越来越重要的作用,影响着世界和平与发展的进程。当前中国正面临着日益复杂的贸易摩擦、能源安全、领土争端等国际问题,应该利用好这个国际平台,避免发生不必要的矛盾甚至军事冲突。本文从社会网络的角度研究IGOs,分析了IGOs的性质及其与战争间的关系。本文首先构建了IGOs的社会网络模型。在明确社会网络的相关概念和网络模型构建方法的基础上,通过对IGOs数据集的关系提取和数据处理,建立了IGOs的社会网络模型(简称IGOs网络)。模型主要包括IGOs的从属矩阵、国家之间的社会关系网络图和社会关系矩阵三部分。为了评估IGOs网络的节点重要性,本文首先提出了一种基于综合点权的评估方法。该方法借鉴了传统的点度中心度和接近中心度方法的思想,同时考虑了节点自身的点权和邻接点权的影响,并重新定义了点权、最大边权和邻接点权。然后通过实验验证了该方法能够对IGOs网络进行有效的节点重要性评估。利用综合点权方法,本文进一步对IGOs发展过程中的网络进行了节点重要性评估。通过比较国家在网络中节点重要性的动态变化以及不同国家之间节点重要性的差别,总结了影响节点重要性的相关因素。地理位置、社会制度、综合国力和发展程度都会在不同程度上影响国家在网络中的节点重要性。为了分析网络的结构性质,本文研究了社区发现方法在IGOs网络上的应用,主要对网络进行了凝聚子群分析和社会地位分析。两种分析方法都从整体上揭示了网络的结构特性,凝聚子群分析挖掘了网络中存在的团体,社会地位分析揭示了网络中隐藏的层次结构。利用综合点权方法和社区发现方法,本文进一步探索了IGOs与战争之间的关系。本文针对世界大战和局部战争两种情况,对战前和战后的IGOs分别建立了社会网络模型。运用综合点权方法对建立的网络进行节点重要性评估,比较了战争双方在网络中节点重要性的差距以及战争前后发生的变化;运用社区发现方法挖掘战争双方在网络中形成的凝聚子群,比较了战争双方所处的社会地位的差别。在此基础上分别归纳了IGOs网络在两种类型的战争情况下所体现出的特点,总结了IGOs与战争之间的关系。
[Abstract]:Intergovernmental Organizations (IGOs) plays a more and more important role in the international society and affects the process of world peace and development. China is facing the increasingly complex trade frictions, energy security, territorial disputes and other international problems, which should be used to avoid the occurrence of the international problems. Necessary contradictions and even military conflicts. This paper studies the IGOs from the perspective of social network and analyzes the nature of IGOs and its relationship with the war. First, the social network model of IGOs is constructed. On the basis of defining the relevant concepts of the social network and the construction method of the network model, the relationship between the data set of the IGOs and the data branch is obtained. The social network model of IGOs (called IGOs network) is established. The model mainly includes the subordinate matrix of IGOs, the social relation network diagram and the social relation matrix between countries. In order to evaluate the node importance of the IGOs network, this paper first proposes an evaluation method based on the comprehensive point weight. This method draws on the traditional point of point. The idea of centrality and proximity to centrality is considered, and the point weight and adjacent point weight are considered, and the point weight, maximum edge weight and adjacency point weight are redefined. Then, the method is proved to be able to evaluate the importance of node importance in IGOs network by experiments. By using the integrated point weight method, this paper further sends IGOs to the network. By comparing the dynamic changes of the importance of the nodes in the network and the differences in the importance of the nodes between countries in the network, the relevant factors affecting the importance of the nodes are summarized. The geographical position, social system, comprehensive national strength and the degree of development will affect the country in varying degrees. In order to analyze the structure of the network, in order to analyze the structure of the network, this paper studies the application of community discovery method on the IGOs network, mainly the aggregation subgroup analysis and social status analysis on the network. The two analysis methods all reveal the structure characteristics of the network from the whole, and the aggregation subgroup analysis mining the existing clusters in the network. The analysis of social status reveals the hidden hierarchies in the network. Using the integrated point weight method and the community discovery method, this paper further explores the relationship between IGOs and the war. In this paper, the social network model of the pre war and post-war IGOs is established in two cases of the world war and the local war. The network carries out the node importance evaluation, compares the difference of the importance of the nodes in the network and the changes before and after the war, and uses the community discovery method to excavate the cohesive subgroups formed by the two parties in the network, and compares the differences in the social position of the two sides of the war. On this basis, the IGOs net is summed up respectively. The characteristics embodied in the two types of war are summarized, and the relationship between IGOs and war is summarized.
