针对日本侵华美国外交政策中意识形态因素分析

【摘要】：本文以美国外交政策中意识形态因素，尤其是自由主义和以例外论为核心的民族主义的发展为背景，，通过对1931到1945年间美国针对日本侵华所做出的外交政策的历史性分析，说明这些意识形态不仅反映美国外交政策并且通过对经济、政治和军事以及社会这三方面的渗透而成为这些政策形成的部分原因。有异于传统史学的研究侧重点，本文通过意识形态棱镜模式，将当时的美国社会划分为资本家、政府和公众三个群体。研究表明，在这一时期，美国外交政策中存在法治主义、道德主义、天命论、道德标准意识这几种根深蒂固的意识形态因素。这些意识形态因素通过对资本家、对政治家和对公众的影响，帮助不同群体理解和处理美国的国家利益和国际事务，从而为外交政策实施的动机、手段和目标提供合法化过程。
[Abstract]:Based on the ideological factors in American foreign policy, especially the development of liberalism and nationalism with the exception theory as the core, this paper analyzes the history of American foreign policy against Japan's invasion of China from 1931 to 1945. It shows that these ideologies not only reflect American foreign policy, but also become part of the formation of these policies through the infiltration of economic, political, military and social aspects. Different from the focus of traditional historiography, this paper divides the American society into three groups: capitalists, governments and the public through the mode of ideological prism. The study shows that there are some deep-rooted ideological factors in American foreign policy, such as rule of law, moralism, fatalism and moral standard consciousness. Through their influence on capitalists, politicians and the public, these ideological factors help different groups to understand and deal with the national interests and international affairs of the United States, thus providing the process of legitimizing the motives, means and objectives of foreign policy implementation.
