日韩邦交正常化研究

【摘要】：自古以来,日本与朝鲜半岛就毗邻而居,隔海相望,有深厚的历史文化渊源。在历史发展的过程中,日本政府与朝鲜半岛上的不同政权之间,既有和平相处、友好交往的历史,也有相互对抗、侵略战争的历史。 日韩邦交正常化的谈判在美苏“冷战”背景下展开,双边谈判不仅受到美国在东北亚地区相关政策的影响,而且受到日本、韩国两个国家国内经济、政治及安全保障等方面的制约。日韩两国经过七次比较艰难的谈判,最终在1965年6月22日签署了《日韩基本条约》,实现了两国的邦交正常化,结束了长达14年“马拉松”式的日韩会谈。日韩邦交正常化也是美国东北亚战略的侧面体现,它的实现对日韩两国以及整个东北亚地区的局势产生了深远影响。然而,日本和韩国虽然建立了正式的外交关系,但是并不意味着两国间的争端问题得以彻底消除。事实上,当时未解决的历史认识、独岛归属争端等问题,至今依旧影响着东北亚格局及两国关系。
[Abstract]:Since ancient times, Japan and the Korean Peninsula live side by side, across the sea, with deep historical and cultural origins. In the course of historical development, the Japanese government and the different regimes on the Korean peninsula had a history of peaceful coexistence and friendly exchanges, as well as the history of mutual confrontation and war of aggression. The negotiations for the normalization of Japan-ROK diplomatic relations began under the background of the "Cold War" between the United States and the Soviet Union. The bilateral talks were not only influenced by the relevant policies of the United States in Northeast Asia, but also by the domestic economies of Japan and South Korea. Political and security constraints. After seven difficult negotiations, Japan and South Korea finally signed the basic Treaty between Japan and South Korea on June 22, 1965, realizing the normalization of diplomatic relations between the two countries and ending the 14-year "marathon" talks between Japan and South Korea. The normalization of diplomatic relations between Japan and Korea is also the embodiment of American Northeast Asia strategy, and its realization has a profound influence on the situation of Japan and Korea and the whole Northeast Asia. However, Japan and South Korea have established formal diplomatic relations, but this does not mean that the dispute between the two countries has been completely eliminated. In fact, the unresolved historical understanding and Dokdo ownership dispute still affect the pattern of Northeast Asia and the relationship between the two countries.
