【摘要】：文化遗产是全人类共有的财富,它以其无与伦比的历史性、社会性成为了非常重要的旅游资源。文化遗产旅游资源是准公共物品,具有非市场性、不可复制性、稀缺性、外部性以及垄断性等特征,如何在保护文化遗产原真性和维持文化遗产的代际公平条件下,对其进行合理有效的旅游保护与开发一直是学者们讨论的热点,也是学术界面临的一项艰难的挑战。文化遗产旅游资源是一种非市场产品,不能通过市场来估计其价值。而文化遗产旅游资源价值的评估这一基础性工作又对文化遗产旅游资源的开发和保护提供指导作用。广西左江花山岩画世界文化遗产旅游资源极其丰富,现存续也比较完整,作为刚被增选成为我国49处世界文化遗产,旅游资源价值开始释放,亟需理论指导。本文首先对文化遗产、文化遗产旅游、文化遗产旅游资源价值、文化遗产旅游资源价值评价以及文化遗产旅游资源开发和保护五个方面对国内外研究进展进行了梳理和总结;其次阐述了广西左江花山岩画文化遗产价值评估的理论基础和评估方法,并从广西左江花山岩画世界文化遗产旅游资源的价值由来、文化内涵、文化价值表现三个方面去分析其资源价值的文化属性;再次,选择秦始皇陵博物院、峨眉山风景区、武陵源风景区作为旅游资源经济价值评价参照案例,运用市场比较法来评估广西左江花山岩画世界文化遗产旅游资源的使用价值,运用条件价值法评估广西左江花山岩画世界文化遗产旅游资源的非使用价值;最后基于价值评价,分析旅游开发的价值取向以及开发模式,并且提出对策和建议。
[Abstract]:Cultural heritage is the common wealth of all mankind. It has become a very important tourist resource with its unparalleled history and sociality.Cultural heritage tourism resources are quasi-public goods with the characteristics of non-market, non-replicable, scarcity, externality and monopoly. How to protect the authenticity of cultural heritage and maintain the intergenerational equity of cultural heritage, etc.Reasonable and effective tourism protection and development has always been a hot topic for scholars, and it is also a difficult challenge to the academic community.As a non-market product, cultural heritage tourism resources cannot be valued by the market.The basic work of evaluating the value of cultural heritage tourism resources provides guidance for the development and protection of cultural heritage tourism resources.Guangxi Zuojiang Huashan rock painting world cultural heritage tourism resources are extremely rich and now relatively complete. As a newly selected 49 world cultural heritage sites in our country, the value of tourism resources has been released, which is in urgent need of theoretical guidance.Firstly, this paper summarizes the research progress in five aspects: cultural heritage, cultural heritage tourism, cultural heritage tourism resource value, cultural heritage tourism resource value evaluation and cultural heritage tourism resources development and protection.Secondly, it expounds the theoretical basis and evaluation method of the value evaluation of the rock painting cultural heritage of Zuojiang Huashan, Guangxi, and from the value origin and cultural connotation of the tourism resources of the world cultural heritage of the rock painting in Zuojiang, Huashan, Guangxi.Third, choose Qin Shihuang Mausoleum Museum, Emei Mountain Scenic spot, Wulingyuan Scenic spot as the reference case of tourism resources economic value evaluation.Using the method of market comparison to evaluate the use value of the tourism resources of the world cultural heritage of rock paintings in Zuojiang, Huashan, Guangxi, and using the method of conditional value to evaluate the non-use value of the tourism resources of the world cultural heritage of rock paintings in Zuojiang, Huashan, Guangxi, and finally based on the evaluation of the value.This paper analyzes the value orientation and development mode of tourism development, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
