从“地域”到“世界”:“一带一路”倡议的东方语境创设

【摘要】：民族交往与世界交往是人类历史发展的重要命题。资本逻辑主张并推进的"异质趋同"博弈于文明主体声称并坚守的"排他斥异",引发了东西方文明交锋的结构性演绎,摹画和编织了经济全球化的时代场景。作为从"地域"走向"世界"进程的产物,"一带一路"倡议所蕴含的东方语境以多元互补、相互依存、平等对话的协同进步,诠释于世界交往文明互鉴的应然态势。在现实性上,语境创设的话语表达生发于文化意蕴的结构谱系,不仅关涉政治实体的文化软实力,而且指涉经济实体的物质硬实力。作为"一带一路"倡议东方语境创设的历史承载,传统丝路精神的当代发展阐释于合作共赢、开放包容、求同存异的东方特质。从范式的理论模型和结构图式出发,"一带一路"的空间延展体现了特殊性与普遍性的交互、目标性与系统性的相织,并在本源上形塑了东方语境创设的共生关系和发展向度。其"共商、共建、共享"的范式建构凸显了"一带一路"命运共同体、利益共同体和责任共同体的价值归旨。
[Abstract]:National communication and world communication are important propositions for the development of human history. The "heterogeneous convergence" game advocated and promoted by the capital logic is based on the "exclusive exclusion" claimed and upheld by the main body of civilization, which leads to the structural deduction of the clash of eastern and western civilizations and draws and weaves the era scene of economic globalization. As a product of the process from "region" to "world", the oriental context contained in Belt and Road's initiative is characterized by the synergistic progress of multiple complementarities, interdependence and equal dialogue, which should be interpreted in the situation of mutual learning of world communication civilization. In reality, the discourse expression created by context originates from the structure pedigree of cultural implication, which not only concerns the cultural soft power of political entity, but also refers to the material hard power of economic entity. As the historical bearing of the oriental context created by Belt and Road's proposal, the contemporary development of the traditional Silk Road spirit is characterized by cooperation and win-win cooperation, openness and tolerance, seeking common ground while reserving differences. Based on the theoretical model and structural diagram of normal form, the spatial extension of "Belt and Road" embodies the interaction between particularity and universality, the interweaving of objectiveness and systematicness, and shapes the symbiotic relationship and development direction created by the oriental context in the original form. Its paradigm of "discussion, construction and sharing" highlights the value of "Belt and Road" community of destiny, interest and responsibility.
