意识形态安全视角下中国文化话语权探析

【摘要】：全球化背景下,以美国为首的西方发达国家利用自身文化话语的强势地位,不断向我国进行意识形态领域的渗透和扩张,直接阻碍了中国提升文化话语权的进程,进而影响了我国意识形态安全。因此,分析中国文化话语权对维护意识形态安全的重要性并找出提升中国文化话语权的途径具有重要的现实意义。文章分为四部分,第一部分：绪论。主要陈述了论文的选题背景及研究意义,梳理了国内外的研究现状,指出了本文的研究方法及研究框架。第二部分：意识形态与文化话语权相关概念及理论基础。首先对意识形态、意识形态安全和文化话语权的概念进行了界定,其次对二者的相关理论进行了阐述,最后分析了二者的内在统一性。第三部分：中国文化话语权的现状分析。以中国文化话语权提升的意识形态安全背景为基础,论述了中国文化话语权的发展成果,指出了中国文化话语权提升所面临的问题以及中国文化话语权提升受阻的原因。第四部分：中国文化话语权的提升策略。一方面要增强对意识形态安全和文化话语权的认识。另一方面,通过丰富文化话语的内容强化文化话语权的基础,大力提升文化话语的传播能力,开展文化领域的交流活动,同时为文化话语权的提升营造良好的国际文化语境。
[Abstract]:Under the background of globalization, the western developed countries, led by the United States, make use of their strong position of cultural discourse to continuously infiltrate and expand the ideological field of our country, which directly hinders the process of China's promotion of cultural discourse. And then affected our ideological security. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to analyze the importance of Chinese cultural discourse right to maintain ideological security and to find ways to promote Chinese cultural discourse right. The article is divided into four parts, the first part: introduction. This paper mainly describes the background and significance of this paper, combs the current research situation at home and abroad, and points out the research methods and research framework of this paper. The second part: ideology and cultural discourse right related concepts and theoretical basis. Firstly, the concepts of ideology, ideological security and cultural discourse right are defined, then the related theories of the two are expounded, and the internal unity of the two is analyzed. The third part: the present situation analysis of Chinese cultural discourse right. Based on the ideological security background of the promotion of Chinese cultural discourse power, this paper discusses the development achievements of Chinese cultural discourse rights, points out the problems faced by the promotion of Chinese cultural discourse rights, and points out the reasons why the Chinese cultural discourse rights are blocked. The fourth part: the promotion strategy of Chinese cultural discourse right. On the one hand, we should strengthen the understanding of ideological security and cultural discourse right. On the other hand, through enriching the content of cultural discourse to strengthen the basis of cultural discourse, to promote the communication ability of cultural discourse, to carry out cultural communication activities, and to create a good international cultural context for the promotion of cultural discourse rights.
