试论文化全球化及其背景下的中国文化“三自”要求

【摘要】：在全球化历史进程中，经济全球化推动了文化全球化的发展，文化的全球化让世界各国面临一个共同的文化境遇，即在文化全球化发展过程中，世界各种文化相互交融，形成一个共同的全球时代文化。近年来，党对文化建设的高度重视，激发了全国人民在党的领导下繁荣和发展中国文化的热情。目前，中国文化的繁荣和发展还面临着诸多困难和障碍，在这样的时代背景和社会背景下，我们该如何繁荣发展中国文化？如何提升中国文化软实力,建设社会主义文化强国？是我们面临的重要问题。云杉同志在《红旗文稿》上发表长篇政论文章《文化自觉文化自信文化自强——对繁荣发展中国特色社会主义文化的思考》（以下简称文化“三自”），从文化自觉、文化自信、文化自强三个方面给出了令人信服的答案，为我国的文化发展道路指明了方向。本文结合马克思主义基本原理和文化研究先导们的观点，在文化全球化时代背景下，遵照文化的“三自”原则，对中国文化的现状，系统地阐明了自己的观点。一方面中国文化在时代发展的要求下，不能抛弃自身优秀的传统文化，要不断吸收借鉴包括非洲、拉美、中东等文明的优秀文化，发展既有时代性又不失中国传统的“中国梦文化”。另一方面，发展沿着中国特色社会主义先进文化前进道路继续向前的“中国时代文化”。另外，本文还创新地提出中国文化改革与生态体制要求相适应的观点。而且还论述了在现阶段把握文化“三自”的价值意义同加快文化改革与创新与增强文化外交能力的联系，是增进我国文化的国际竞争力、提升国家软实力、创新民族文化等重大现实课题的重要举措。本文第一章分析了文化全球化的含义、产生的原因、特点，并剖析我国在文化全球化背景下所面临的挑战。一方面，针对文化霸权主义给我国文化安全带来的威胁，阐述了如何应对的具体方法；另一方面，论述分析了提升中国文化软实力的迫切需求。第二章，根据中国文化在文化全球化背景下所面临的挑战，具体论述文化自觉、文化自信、文化自强的价值意义。在第三章、第四章分别分析论述了中国在文化“三自”的引领下，实现文化发展的具体方法。即第三章主要论述分析了中国文化的改革与创新；第四章重点分析了提高我国文化外交水平的具体方法和意义。在文化全球化的时代背景下，把握文化的“三自”意义，对我们更好的理清中国文化的发展脉络，，掌握中国文化的发展方向，实现中华文化的繁荣兴盛具有重要作用。
