论中国特色社会主义文化软实力的构建及其现实应用

【摘要】：当今，无论是发达国家还是新兴国家都越来越重视软实力的作用，自改革开放以来，我国经济及军事等“硬实力”发展迅猛，但是“软实力”，尤其是文化软实力的发展速度比较缓慢。在这样的背景下，构建中国特色社会主义文化软实力是促进我国社会主义文化发展，提高我国在国际社会中的自信心和话语权，以及进一步加快我国对外开放步伐的有效途径。构建中国特色社会主义文化软实力是在坚持马克思主义文化思想的基础上，对西方软实力理论的批判与借鉴，，对中国传统软实力文化的扬弃，进一步发展毛泽东文化软实力思想以及改革开放以来的文化软实力思想。构建中国特色社会主义文化软实力，需要弘扬中国传统优秀文化，建设中国特色社会主义先进文化，践行社会主义核心价值观。向世界推广中华文化，展示“中国模式”以及传递和谐世界理念是中国特色社会主义文化软实力的具体应用。中国特色社会主义文化软实力的建设，具有深刻的理论价值和现实意义。在理论上，有助于丰富中国特色社会主义理论体系，有助于对西方软实力理论的批判与借鉴，有助于深化我国的和平外交理论；在实践上，有助于加快推进我国社会主义文化建设，提升我国的世界影响力，有助于增强中华民族的民族凝聚力与自信心，以及有助于进一步加快我国对外开放、融入世界的步伐。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, both developed countries and emerging countries are paying more and more attention to the role of soft power. Since the reform and opening up, China's economy and military "hard power" has developed rapidly, but "soft power". In particular, the development of cultural soft power is slow. Under this background, the construction of soft power of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics is an effective way to promote the development of Chinese socialist culture, to improve our confidence and right of speech in the international community, and to further speed up the pace of our country's opening to the outside world. The construction of the soft power of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics is based on the Marxist cultural thought, the criticism and reference to the western theory of soft power, and the sublation of the traditional soft power culture of China. Further develop Mao Zedong's thought of cultural soft power and the thought of cultural soft power since reform and opening up. To construct the soft power of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics, we should carry forward Chinese traditional excellent culture, construct advanced culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and practice the core values of socialism. Spreading Chinese culture to the world, demonstrating "Chinese model" and transmitting the idea of harmonious world are the concrete application of soft power of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics. The construction of soft power of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics has profound theoretical value and practical significance. Theoretically, it is helpful to enrich the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, to criticize and draw lessons from the theory of soft power in the West, to deepen the theory of peaceful diplomacy in our country. It is helpful to speed up the construction of Chinese socialist culture, promote our country's influence in the world, strengthen the national cohesion and self-confidence of the Chinese nation, and further accelerate the pace of our country's opening to the outside world and integrate into the world.
