对中国南北方大学生跨文化友谊发展现状及影响因素的调查研究

【摘要】：当今经济社会的快速发展使得南北方交流沟通越来越频繁；而大学入学率的提升也为来自南方与北方同学提供了更多相互交流沟通的机会。南北文化差异自古以来一直存在，这种差异在当今愈加频繁的南北交流中起到一定作用，对来自南方与北方的大学生之间跨文化友谊的发展也产生了一定影响。本文主要探讨来自南方与北方的大学生跨文化友谊发展现状，及影响其跨文化友谊发展的因素。研究方法为定性与定量相结合，，对来自南方与北方共186名大学生进行问卷调查并对3名来自北方的学生和2名来自南方的学生进行深度访谈，调查结果分析显示：与南方、北方文化内友谊亲密度相比，南北方之间的跨文化友谊亲密度水平相对比较低。这一差异对于北方同学尤为明显。而对南方同学而言，虽然其与北方同学的跨文化友谊亲密度比其文化内的友谊亲密度低，但这一差异并不显著。定性分析结果显示南北方生活方式、习惯的不同，刻板印象，性格方面的差异对其跨文化友谊亲密度发展的影响较为显著。本研究为跨文化交际学科本土研究，其新视角不仅使跨文化交际在中国的相关研究更加充实，同时也将国外理论引入到国内相关研究中，对之后南、北方顺畅跨文化的交流沟通及消除冲突具有重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and society, the communication between the North and the South is becoming more and more frequent, and the increase of the college enrollment rate provides more opportunities for the students from the South and the North to communicate with each other. The cultural differences between the north and the south have existed since ancient times, which play a certain role in the increasingly frequent exchanges between the north and the south, and also have a certain impact on the development of cross-cultural friendship between college students from the south and the north. This paper mainly discusses the development of cross-cultural friendship among college students from the South and the North, and the factors that affect the development of cross-cultural friendship. Methods for qualitative and quantitative analysis, 186 college students from the South and the North were investigated by questionnaire, and 3 students from the North and 2 students from the South were interviewed in depth. The relative level of cross-cultural friendship between the north and the south is lower than that between the north and the south. This difference is especially obvious for students in the north. However, for the southern students, although the cross-cultural friendship affinity between them and the northern students is lower than that in their culture, the difference is not significant. The qualitative analysis shows that the differences in lifestyle, habits, stereotypes and personality in the north and south have a significant impact on the development of cross-cultural friendships. This study is a native study of cross-cultural communication. Its new perspective not only enriches the research on cross-cultural communication in China, but also introduces foreign theories into domestic research. Smooth cross-cultural communication and conflict resolution in the north is of great practical significance.
