大学生心理疾病污名、自我效能感和专业心理求助态度的关系研究

【摘要】：本次研究在成都、重庆两地八所高校中随机抽取了1500名大学本科生为研究对象,进行问卷调查。研究大学生心理疾病污名、自我效能感和专业心理求助态度三个变量之间的相关性,回收问卷数是1239份,有效率为93.3%。测量工具分别是:“寻求专业心理帮助的自我污名量表”、“一般自我效能感问卷”、“知觉到的贬值歧视量表”、“寻求专业心理帮助态度的问卷”。数据回收后采用描述统计、独立样本T检验、相关法等进行统计数据分析。得出结论如下:(1)大学生的专业心理求助态度显著差异分别表现在专业、年级和性别上。(2)大学生总体的心理疾病污名在专业上差异显著。其中自我污名在性别这一维度上呈显著差异,社会污名在年级、是不是单亲家庭这两个维度呈显著差异。(3)在性别、是不是独生子女、年级三个维度上面,大学生自我效能感呈显著差异。(4)大学生总体的心理疾病污名与专业心理求助态度两者之间呈显著正相关;自我污名与自我效能感两者之间表现为显著负相关。自我效能感与专业心理求助态度两变量两者表现为显著正相关。(5)在大学群体中,自我效能感在心理疾病的自我污名与专业心理求助态度之间存在部分中介效应。
[Abstract]:In this study, 1500 undergraduates were randomly selected from eight universities in Chengdu and Chongqing to conduct a questionnaire survey to study the stigma of mental illness of college students. The correlation between the three variables of self-efficacy and professional psychological help-seeking attitude was 1239. There was significant negative correlation between self-stigma and self-efficacy, and significant positive correlation between self-efficacy and professional psychological help-seeking attitude. There are some mediating effects between self-stigma of mental illness and professional psychological help-seeking attitude.
