新生代农民工社会支持、应对方式与主观幸福感的关系研究

【摘要】:新生代农民工又称为第二代农民工、青年农民工,是指在20世纪80年代后出生在农村,年满十六岁以上,,于20世纪90年代后外出打工或经商的农村青年。目前已是农民工群体的新生中坚力量,是和谐社会的重要组成部分。关注新生代农民工的心理健康状况是关系社会安定和构建和谐社会的必要命题。目前,对新生代农民工主观幸福感的量化研究较少,本研究对新生代农民工主观幸福感及其影响因素的探讨,将揭示新生代农民工社会支持、应对方式与主观幸福感的关系,所得出的结论将为提高新生代农民工的幸福感的政策制定提供理论依据。 为了解新生代农民工主观幸福感现状及其与社会支持、应对方式之间的关系,本研究选取了不同性别、不同行业的新生代农民工362名,对其进行问卷调查,经方差分析、相关分析、分步回归的统计分析方法,得到如下结论: (1)新生代农民工主观幸福感居于全国常模中等水平。在人口学变量上存在显著差异。 男性新生代农民工幸福感显著高于女性;入城时间5年以上的新生代农民工,主观幸福感水平高于入城时间低于5年的;初中及以下学历的新生代农民工主观幸福感高于高中\中专\职高及大专以上学历的新生代农民工;月收入水平越高的新生代农民工主观幸福感越高。 (2)新生代农民工社会支持与主观幸福感存在显著相关。 在社会支持各维度中社会支持总分与总体幸福感正相关显著,主观支持得分越高的新生代农民工主观幸福感越高 (3)新生代农民工应对方式与主观幸福感显著相关。 解决问题、求助的维度与主观幸福感得分显著正相关,而自责、幻想、退避、合理化的应对方式与新生代农民工的主观幸福感负相关。 (4)新生代农民工社会支持与应对方式显著相关。 社会支持总分与应对方式中的解决问题维度正相关;客观支持、主观支持、社会支持总分与不成熟的应对方式负相关;对支持的利用度与求助成正相关。 (5)应对方式在新生代农民工社会支持与主观幸福感间起中介作用。
[Abstract]:The new generation of migrant workers, also known as the second generation of migrant workers, young migrant workers, is born in the 1980s in rural areas, more than 16 years of age, after the 1990s to work or business in rural youth. At present, it is the new backbone of migrant workers and an important part of harmonious society. Paying attention to the mental health of the new generation of migrant workers is a necessary proposition for social stability and the construction of a harmonious society. At present, there are few quantitative studies on the new generation of migrant workers' subjective well-being. This study will reveal the relationship between the new generation of migrant workers' social support, coping style and subjective well-being. The conclusions will provide a theoretical basis for the policy making to improve the well-being of the new generation of migrant workers. In order to understand the current situation of the new generation migrant workers' subjective well-being and their relationship with social support and coping style, 362 new generation migrant workers of different gender and different industries were selected in this study. Correlation analysis, stepwise regression statistical analysis method, the conclusions are as follows: 1) the subjective well-being of the new generation of migrant workers is at the average level of the national norm. There are significant differences in demographic variables. The new generation of male migrant workers were significantly higher than women, and the level of subjective well-being of the new generation of migrant workers who entered the city for more than 5 years was higher than that of those who entered the city for less than 5 years. The subjective well-being of the new generation of migrant workers with junior middle school education and below is higher than that of the new generation of migrant workers with high school / vocational high school or college degree or above; The higher the monthly income level, the higher the subjective well-being of the new generation of migrant workers. In each dimension of social support, the total score of social support is positively correlated with overall well-being, and the higher the score of subjective support is, the higher the subjective well-being of the new generation of migrant workers is (3) the coping style of the new generation of migrant workers is significantly related to subjective well-being. The dimension of problem solving, the dimension of seeking help and the score of subjective well-being were significantly positive correlation, but self-blame, fantasy, retreat, The rational coping style is negatively related to the new generation of migrant workers' subjective well-being. (4) the social support of the new generation of migrant workers is significantly related to the coping style. The total score of social support is positively correlated with the dimension of problem-solving in coping style, the total score of objective support, subjective support and social support is negatively correlated with immature coping style. The utilization of support is positively correlated with help seeking. 5) coping styles play an intermediary role between social support and subjective well-being of the new generation of migrant workers.
