简历文本信息内容与空间位置对简历筛选影响的眼动研究

【摘要】:简历是求职者应聘活动的起点,也是招聘者招聘工作的开端。对求职或招聘的任一方而言,简历都具有着重要的现实意义。如何能制作出一份成功的简历,以增加在简历筛选中的胜算?如何能在不降低成功率的前提下提高简历筛选的效率?求职与招聘双方对简历有着共通的诉求。尤其是对于大学应届毕业生求职者来说,,面对当下日益严峻的就业形势,如何制作一份能吸引招聘者眼球的简历是打赢求职应聘之战的第一步。 但是目前国内关于简历的研究尚属少见,且发表的文章多数只是对简历制作的经验性论述。因此,探索招聘者在简历筛选过程中的浏览规律和注意偏好,以便为简历制作提供实证数据的支撑是兼具理论与实践意义的。 本研究从心理学视角着眼,引入眼动技术手段并结合访谈研究方法来探索简历筛选过程中简历文本信息的内容及其空间位置布局对注意加工的影响及浏览的规律与偏好。 在研究的第一部分,以简历文本信息的内容及空间位置布局两因素为自变量,合成简历作为实验材料,以有招聘经验的“企业人力资源管理师”(三级及其以上)证书持有者为被试,进行以有/无时间压力为实验条件的两个系列眼动实验,得到与简历筛选相关的眼动参数数据和简历筛选结果。 在研究的第二部分,对参与实验的部分被试和未参与实验的部分人力资源从业者进行访谈,以了解被试进行简历筛选背后的深层原因及从简历的内容与排版角度给出的有关简历的看法和建议。 研究结果表明: 1.不论是在有时间压力还是无时间压力的条件下,简历文本信息中最受关注的内容依次是:实践经历、个人能力和获奖情况;时间压力加剧了这三个内容成分对注意影响的差异。 2.无论是在有时间压力还是无时间压力的条件下,在页面“中部”、“中下”和“底部”三个空间位置区,“中部”是获得注意加工最多的位置区,其次是“中下”部位和“底部”部位,从上至下,各空间位置区获得的注意加工程度递减;时间压力加剧了这三个空间位置区域对注意影响的差异。 3.将被试最感兴趣的内容置于注意最易得的最佳空间位置时,求职者获选进入面试的几率远高于将最佳内容放置在其他空间位置或将其他文本信息内容置于最佳空间位置时的通过概率。
[Abstract]:R 茅 sum 茅 is the starting point of job application and the beginning of recruiter recruitment. R 茅 sum 茅 s are of great practical significance to either job seeker or recruiter. How can you produce a successful resume to increase your chances of success in resume selection? How to improve the efficiency of resume screening without reducing the success rate? Both job seekers and recruiters have a common appeal for resumes. Especially for college graduates, facing the increasingly severe employment situation, how to create a resume that can attract the attention of recruiters is the first step to win the battle. But at present, the domestic research on resume is still rare, and most of the published articles are only empirical exposition of resume making. Therefore, it is of both theoretical and practical significance to explore the browsing rules and attention preferences of recruiters in the process of resume screening in order to provide empirical data for CV production. From the perspective of psychology, this study introduced eye movement technology and combined with interview research to explore the influence of the content of resume text information and its spatial location layout on attention processing, as well as the rules and preferences of browsing in the process of resume selection. In the first part of the study, two factors, the content of resume text information and the layout of space position, are taken as independent variables, and the synthetic resume is used as experimental material. Two series of eye movement experiments were conducted with "enterprise human resource managers" (level 3 or above) certificate holders with recruitment experience as subjects, with / without time pressure as experimental conditions. Get the eye movement parameter data and resume screening results related to resume screening. In the second part of the study, some participants and some human resource practitioners who did not participate in the experiment were interviewed. In order to understand the underlying reasons behind the resume screening, and from the content and layout of the resume to give the views and suggestions on the resume. The results show that: 1. Whether under the condition of time pressure or no time pressure, the most concerned content in the resume text information is: practical experience, personal ability and award situation; Time pressure accentuates the difference in the effects of these three components on attention. 2. 2. Whether there is time pressure or no time pressure, in the "middle", "middle" and "bottom" of the three spatial location areas, "middle" is the most attention to the processing of the location area, The second is "middle and lower" and "bottom", from top to bottom, the attention processing degree of each space area decreases, and the time pressure intensifies the difference of the three spatial position regions to the attention. 3. When placing the most interesting content in the best space available to the participants, The probability of a candidate being selected to enter the interview is much higher than that of placing the best content in another space or placing other text information content in the best spatial position.
