大学生的老人刻板印象和反刻板印象干预的研究

【摘要】:随着中国人口老龄化进程,特殊的人口政策和飞速发展的医疗卫生事业以及相关制度在给老年人群体保障利益的同时也引发了一些社会其他群体对老年人群体的态度的变化,这一现象引起了人们的关注。 本文采用问卷调查和实验研究的方法,以老年人群体为单一评价对象,对81名大学生被试进行调查研究,探讨了在接触日常生活能力不同的老年人时,或者与老年人接触时间长短不同时,,大学生被试对老年人的刻板印象的存在性和可变性。研究结果表明: (1)大学生被试对老年人的外显刻板印象偏积极,不同性别、学历、专业、出生地的大学生被试对老年人的外显刻板印象不存在显著差异;当大学生被试所接触的老年人的日常生活能力不同时,他们的老年人外显刻板印象不存在显著差异;当大学生被试与老年人接触的时间长短不同时,他们的老年人外显刻板印象存在显著差异。 (2)不同性别、学历、专业、出生地的大学生被试的老年人的内隐刻板印象不存在显著差异;当大学生被试所接触的老年人的日常生活能力不同时,被试的老年人内隐刻板印象存在显著差异;当大学生被试接触老年人的时间长短不同时,被试的老年人内隐刻板印象不存在显著差异。 (3)反刻板印象对大学生的老年人内隐刻板印象没有显著影响;被试所接触的老年人日常生活能力、大学生被试与老年的接触时间长短,都对反刻板印象的干预效果没有影响。
[Abstract]:With the process of population aging in China, the special population policy, the rapid development of medical and health care and related systems have not only guaranteed the interests of the elderly group, but also triggered the change of the attitude of some other groups of society towards the elderly group. This phenomenon has attracted people's attention. In this paper, 81 college students were investigated by questionnaire and experimental research, and 81 college students were investigated to explore the existence and variability of stereotyped impression of the elderly when they came into contact with the elderly with different abilities of daily living or the length of contact time with the elderly. The results show that: (1) the explicit stereotype of the elderly is positive, and there is no significant difference in the explicit stereotype of the elderly among the subjects of different sex, education, major and place of birth, and there is no significant difference in the explicit stereotype of the elderly when the students come into contact with the ability of daily life of the elderly, and there is no significant difference in the explicit stereotype of the elderly. When college students have different contact time with the elderly, there are significant differences in the explicit stereotype of the elderly. (2) there was no significant difference in implicit stereotype among the subjects of college students of different sex, education, major and place of birth; when the ability of daily living of the elderly exposed to college students was different, there was significant difference in the implicit stereotype of the elderly; when the duration of contact with the elderly was different, there was no significant difference in the implicit stereotype of the elderly. (3) the anti-stereotype had no significant effect on the implicit stereotype of the elderly, and the ability of daily living of the subjects and the contact time between the subjects and the elderly had no effect on the intervention effect of the negative stereotype.
