“一带一路”建设:奏响倡“绿”共赢主旋律

【摘要】：正ENVIRONMENTAL绿色"一带一路"建设是分享生态文明理念、实现可持续发展的内在要求,也是服务打造利益共同体、责任共同体和命运共同体的重要举措。近日,环境保护部等4部委联合发布了《关于推进绿色"一带一路"建设的指导意见》,提出要全面推进"政策沟通""设施联通""贸易畅通""资金融通"和"民心相通"的绿色化进程,为"一带一路"建设铺就绿色发展之路。
[Abstract]:The green "Belt and Road" construction of positive ENVIRONMENTAL is not only the inherent requirement of sharing the idea of ecological civilization and realizing the sustainable development, but also the important measure of serving to build the community of interests, the community of responsibility and the community of destiny.Recently,Four ministries and commissions, including the Ministry of Environmental Protection, jointly issued the "guiding opinions on promoting the Construction of Green" Belt and Road, and proposed to comprehensively promote the greening process of "policy communication", "connectivity of facilities," "smooth trade," "financing," and "people's hearts and minds."For the "Belt and Road" construction to pave the way for green development.
