“一带一路”构想下中印高等教育交流与合作新方向

【摘要】：中印两国交流与合作根基牢固,古有往来互鉴之情,近有患难与共之交,现有共同复兴之业。多年来,两国在高等教育交流与合作中取得了一系列成果,如,共筑起了双边及多边交流合作机制与平台,学生国际流动日益频繁,共建交流合作载体,大力开展对方国家语言教学及国别研究,但同时也暴露了一些问题。笔者通过梳理当前中印两国高等教育交流合作的现状,结合"一带一路"建设要求,总结出了两国高等教育交流合作在平台建设、学生流动、交流载体、语言教学及研究中心设立等方面存在的问题,并据此提出进一步推动两国高等教育交流与合作向纵深方向发展的参考建议。
[Abstract]:China and India have a strong foundation for exchanges and cooperation. Over the years, the two countries have made a series of achievements in the exchange and cooperation of higher education. For example, bilateral and multilateral exchange and cooperation mechanisms and platforms have been built. Develop the other country language teaching and research vigorously, but at the same time exposed some problems. By combing the current situation of higher education exchange and cooperation between China and India, and combining with the construction requirements of "Belt and Road", the author sums up the platform construction, student mobility and communication carrier between the two countries. The problems existing in the establishment of language teaching and research centers, and some suggestions for further promoting the exchange and cooperation of higher education between the two countries are put forward.
