建设“一带一路”沿线国家语言文化禁忌多媒体数据库

【摘要】：在"一带一路"发展战略的背景下,我国将会有更多的人员在所谓的"小语种"国家实地驻外工作,这样的工作场景面临着语言文化冲突所带来的实际问题。若对目标国的语言文化禁忌没有充分了解,有可能造成双方合作的直接失败,甚至有可能引发冲突,对人员的财产与生命都带来威胁。建设"一带一路"区域的语言文化禁忌多媒体数据库,不但可以为驻外工作人员提供实用参考,为区域性合作发展的顺利进行增加保障,还可以为我国收集一手的、实地的他国语言文化战略储备,对区域性的安全与稳定也具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the development strategy of "Belt and Road", more people will work in the field in the so-called "small language" countries in our country. This kind of work scene is confronted with the practical problems caused by the conflict of language and culture. If the language and cultural taboos of the target country are not fully understood, it may lead to the direct failure of the cooperation between the two sides, and may even lead to conflict, which will threaten the property and life of the person. The construction of a multimedia database of language and cultural taboos in the "Belt and Road" region can not only provide practical reference for staff stationed abroad, increase the guarantee for the smooth development of regional cooperation, but also collect first-hand information for our country. The strategic reserve of language and culture in other countries on the ground is also of great significance to regional security and stability.
