“一带一路”:以国际合作推进全球治理变革

【摘要】："一带一路"战略光大了古丝绸之路的合作精神,焕发出共商、共建、共享的全新合作理念。以合作视角认知发展,以合作愿望担当责任,以合作途径谋划共赢,体现了"一带一路"战略的题中本义。国际合作不仅紧扣地区和全球发展脉搏,而且促进国家战略对接和互利共赢伙伴关系的培育,进而助推"一带一路"战略的实施。在"一带一路"战略架构下,有效推进国际合作必须坚持理念推介与政策指导并行,项目推进与机制对接相向,大国协调与多方合作同步,方式创新与风险防范兼顾。
[Abstract]:The "Belt and Road" strategy broadens the spirit of cooperation along the ancient Silk Road and gives rise to a new concept of cooperation which is discussed, built and shared. Cognition of development from the perspective of cooperation, responsibility of cooperation desire and win-win plan through cooperative approach reflect the original meaning of "Belt and Road" strategy. International cooperation not only keeps in touch with the pulse of regional and global development, but also promotes the development of national strategic docking and win-win partnership, thus promoting the implementation of "Belt and Road" strategy. Under the strategic framework of "Belt and Road", the effective promotion of international cooperation must adhere to the concept of promotion and policy guidance parallel, project promotion and mechanism docking, coordination and multi-country cooperation synchronization, mode innovation and risk prevention.
