“一带一路”建设与中南双向投资

【摘要】："一带一路"建设促进了中国与沿线发展中国家建立互利共赢的投资模式,是新时期南南合作的重要实践。"一带一路"不单是鼓励走出去,同时也是引进来的重要时机,"一带一路"将成为中南双向投资的新增长点,对中国产业升级有重大意义。本文分析了中国与"一带一路"沿线发展中国家间双向投资的趋势、原因及特点,发现中国与这些国家的双向投资仍处于中级不平衡的阶段,潜力巨大。从中南双向投资合作的角度,结合"一带一路"建设提出相关对策:鼓励中国沿海地区企业抓住"一带一路"建设时机,加快产业转移,进一步优化产业结构,同时鼓励沿线转型经济体和东南亚国家利用地缘优势和比较优势对中国中西部加大投资力度。
[Abstract]:The construction of "Belt and Road" has promoted China to establish a win-win investment model with developing countries along the route, and is an important practice of South-South cooperation in the new era. " Belt and Road "is not only an encouragement to go out, but also an important opportunity to bring in." Belt and Road "will become a new growth point of two-way investment in central and southern China, and it will be of great significance to China's industrial upgrading." This paper analyzes the trend, causes and characteristics of two-way investment between China and developing countries along "Belt and Road". It is found that the two-way investment between China and these countries is still in the intermediate imbalance stage, with great potential. From the angle of bilateral investment and cooperation between China and South China, this paper puts forward some relevant countermeasures in combination with the construction of "Belt and Road": encouraging enterprises in China's coastal areas to seize the opportunity of "Belt and Road" construction, speed up industrial transfer, and further optimize the industrial structure, Meanwhile, economies in transition along the route and Southeast Asian countries are encouraged to make use of their geographical and comparative advantages to increase investment in China's central and western regions.
