“丝绸之路经济带”框架下中国-格鲁吉亚自由贸易区建设研究

【摘要】：中共十八届三中全会提出要以周边为基础加快实施自由贸易区战略,逐步构筑起立足周边、辐射"一带一路"、面向全球的高标准自由贸易区网络。在这一背景下,对"丝绸之路经济带"框架下第一个正式启动的自由贸易区——中国-格鲁吉亚自由贸易区进行研究具有重要的现实意义。文章对中国-格鲁吉亚自由贸易区建立的战略意义和基础进行分析,提出了中国-格鲁吉亚自由贸易区将对"丝绸之路经济带"自由贸易区网络建设产生"多米诺骨牌"效应和示范效应,将有助于畅通中欧运输通道、拓展中国企业在欧盟等国的市场、进一步巩固和促进中格经贸关系和提升中格两国在多领域的合作水平。
[Abstract]:The third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee proposed to speed up the implementation of the free trade area strategy on the basis of the perimeter, and gradually build a high standard free trade area network based on the surrounding, radiating "Belt and Road Initiative" and facing the world. In this context, it is of great practical significance to study the China-Georgia Free Trade area, the first officially launched free trade area under the framework of the Silk Road Economic Belt. This paper analyzes the strategic significance and foundation of the establishment of China-Georgia Free Trade area, and puts forward that the China-Georgia Free Trade area will produce "domino" effect and demonstration effect on the construction of "Silk Road Economic Belt" free trade area network, which will help to smooth the China-EU transport corridor and expand the market of Chinese enterprises in the European Union and other countries. We will further consolidate and promote economic and trade relations between China and Georgia and enhance the level of cooperation between China and Georgia in various fields.
