【摘要】:汉朝统治者对官员福利待遇的管理,主要体现在对官员休假的管理、对在职官员的赏赐、对退休官员的恩赏等方面,关于休假等官员福利待遇的管理通过明文乃至法律的形式固定下来,对后代官员福利待遇的管理发挥了积极作用。
[Abstract]:The management of the welfare and treatment of officials by the rulers of the Han Dynasty is mainly reflected in the management of official leave, the reward to serving officials, the bounty to retired officials, and so on. The management of the welfare treatment of officials such as leave has been fixed through the form of explicit text and even the law, which has played an active role in the management of the welfare and treatment of future generations of officials.
